    Terms and Conditions Bookings and Payments All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Cancellation Policy • More than 24 hours prior to departure: Full refund (100%) • Between 12–24 hours prior to departure: 50% refund • Less than 12 hours prior to departure or no-shows: No refund Alternative dates may be offered where possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand weather conditions and personal circumstances can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Minimum Numbers Tours require a minimum of four guests to operate. If minimum numbers are not met, guests will be offered an alternative date, alternative tour, or full refund. Changes and Cancellations by Operator Tours and itineraries may be altered, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a tour, affected guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit and capable of participating in the tour activities booked. Guests must follow guide instructions at all times to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants. Guests are responsible for advising us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, mobility limitations, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Children Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed. Safety and Participation We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove guests from a tour where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, affected by alcohol or drugs, or may impact the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances. Weather and Natural Conditions Tours operate in natural environments where weather, wildlife sightings, track conditions, and accessibility may vary. While we aim to deliver the advertised experience, nature is unpredictable and specific conditions or wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed. Liability Participation in tours involves inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and travel. Guests participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
