So. Much. FUN! My son and I had an awesome time on our second experience with Caloundra Jet Ski. Jonte is a great guide who ensured we were safe and had the most fun we could. Highly recommended - we’ll be back!

Family fun with a friendly team Completed the short trip around Pumicestone Passage with our family of four, children aged just about 9 and 12. Haven't had much experience on jet skis previously, but it was great fun. The guide was very good, fantastic people skills and he really put us all at ease throughout the trip despite it being quite rough weather.

Family fun and an adventure to remember! The best experience to share as a family! Our 10 year old wanted one thing for her birthday - to ride a jetski! I arranged a tour for 8 of us from ages 8 to 40, everyone had an incredible time and went from a little nervous to zipping around in no time thanks to our wonderful and very friendly guide! Can’t wait to come back again!!

3rd time and looking forward to more Had a fantastic time on the Bribe/Adrenaline Blast over the Christmas/New Years Holiday. It was my 3rd time joining in a tour with Caloundra Jet Ski, and as with the last 2 times, this time didn't disappoint. Having previously chosen the Glasshouse Mountain Twister, we decided to go with the Bribe Blast, and while it was a shorter tour, it was still great fun. Our Guide, Elle, made sure that everyone was comfortable with how to maneuver, before picking up the pace and having us challenge ourselves. Towards the end of the tour, she went the extra mile and added in some extra fun for the 2 younger adrenaline junkies in the group. As with the 2 previous times, I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will definitely be back again to try the Sunshine Coast Jetski Epic Tour!

Best day! Such an amazing day out - guides kept us feeling safe and made sure everyone was having fun too! They went the extra mile wherever they could and we were blown away by their generosity with their time and genuine desire to make sure fun was bad by all. Book with them and you’ll have a great time even if you have nervous drivers. The kids love it so much! Cool mum points earned!!

Great jet ski experience Wonderful way to experience the everglades. The tour guide was great and even took photos for us. The group was small which we liked. Highly recommend this tour.

I've been trying to find a bit of time to write a review that is worthy of the experience we had.....

Firstly, Elle is an amazing instructor and guide. A friendly and knowledgeable professional all the way.

Next, the jet skis were well maintained and the life vests were all in good condition.

Finally, WHAT A RIDE!!!! It was an awesome blast up the Pumicestone Passage, through the mangroves, to a spectacular view of the Glasshouse Mountains.

I would recommend this to anyone who loves a mix of adventure and nature!

Well run operation and Glasshouse Twister is a great tour. Sea Eagles, Pelicans, narrow runs on the channels lined with mangroves, and fabulous views of the Glasshouse mountains. Wish I had done this sooner!
Good instruction provided for me as a novice jet ski rider enabled me to relax and enjoy my ride.

What a great day out with Caloundra Jet Ski Hire. Elle was fantastic especially with the young lads on our tour. We had three generations on skis creating a magical memory for our family. What an amazing experience. Highly recommend Caloundra Jet Ski. We had a few time changes but that was to work with the tide and wind, which im glad we did. It was my first time and I was very nervous, however Elle made it such a great experience. She was supportive and we went at a slow speed till I was comfortable. Hired a jetski for the first time with my partner & son and we all had the best time, we all aren't huge fans of open water but we wanted to try something, very glad we did Pierre the instructor was great he qucikly helped us get comfortable enough that we had an amazing time out on the water and one of the funnest experiences we have had! will 100% use this business again everytime we attend the sunshine coast for a holiday :) thanks guys for an amazing experience!

After mum stressing over the choppy weather conditions and having minimal experience on a JetSki, we all had a blast of a time.
Jac was a sturdy guide, keeping everyone inline for safety while having a fun time on the water.
Don’t let the weather put a dampener on your experience because in the end, mum and the FamBam really enjoyed ourselves. The highlight was seeing mum dunked in the water right at the end of the ride.

Pierre the young fella in store gave us a very thorough, engaging and entertaining briefing and safety chat to make sure we were well prepared. Jac the JetSki guide made sure we were all comfortable and within no time he had us riding the JetSki’s like pros :)

Great experience! I had never rode a JetSki before and was both excited and apprehensive about the experience. Jac was patient and reassured me that I could do it and in the end had a fantastic time! Was so much fun and look forward to being a repeat customer in the new year when I return to Caloundra!

From wicked watercrafts, to a day of decay. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining and I am preparing for my picturesque safari out on the jetskis with jac. I arrive 20 minutes before we were set to take off and I couldn’t have been more excited. There were quite a number of other excited tourists ready to rip it up out in the water, and I was placed on a duo JetSki with another bloke. As we took out to sea I began to grow a few worries. My duo, Xi Leng, a tourist from China, clearly had no clue how to drive and really needed to rethink many of the situations he put us in. Not only did Xi Leng send me off the JetSki on multiple occasions, but he also drove into a stationary boat, sending the two of us flying off of the watercraft. This one got Jacques going and he even came up and took a photo of the two of us both stranded on this random boat. Jacques proceeded to send someone else to drive our JetSki and we just got left on this boat. Xi Leng and I began to wonder how long we are going to be left out here, however both of our guesses were far from it. Seen as though we had left our devices back in our cars, we had no way to call for help. Night falls and me and Xi Leng become worried. We search the boat and find a radio, finally being able to contact the coast guard. We get picked up and head back to shore, free from this disastrous day. Me and Xi Leng decided to go out for dinner with each other as we both had quite the day together and wanted to get to know each other better. We wanted to go up and question Jac about why he left us, but after looking through a few reviews about him, we were able to see that he is quite the character, known to punch homeless people. Xi Leng and I decide to just leave it at that, and let Jac get away with it, however we will never forget this and we sure as hell will never forgive him.

Absolute rip off for a lack lustre experience I had a disappointing experience with Caloundra Jet Ski Tours. The equipment seemed outdated, and the overall tour lacked excitement. The guide provided minimal information, making the tour feel uninformative and unengaging. I expected more thrill and adventure, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking an exhilarating jet ski experience. On top of my disappointment with the tour, I was shocked to see his attitude towards the other watercraft users. If you want to have a fun day in the sun and water, I don’t recommend this tour to you

I Don’t Know how these guys are still in business Caloundra Jet Ski Tours was an absolute disaster! The jet skis were a joke, sputtering, barely holding together, and definitely not worth the money. The so-called ‘guide’ displayed zero enthusiasm, offering zero insights or excitement also was very abusive to other waterway users. throughout the entire miserable experience. It felt like a complete scam! I am beyond furious at the wasted time and money. If you have any respect for your sanity, steer clear of this abysmal excuse for a jet ski tour!

Jet Ski experience - highlight of our holiday We recently took on the amazing experience of the Glasshouse Twister Tour with Jac. As a family of five with the 'kids' being 22, 20 and 18 and all as first time jet ski-ers, this was by far the most memorable part of our week-long holiday on the Sunshine Coast. Jac was professional, patient and fun all at the same time and while a couple of us were a bit slow to catch on, by the end we were having the time of our lives.

You need to chase up these guys to make a booking or inquire about trips. They promise you to call back and nothing will happen.
This company is interested probably in group bookings only so don’t be surprised if they ignore you if single person only. Simply not customer oriented and not reliable

Jetski - YEAH! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience which was expertly guided by Jack who was a wealth of knowledge and made the trip very interesting. We had the perfect day as the water was like glass - highly recommended!

My daughter and I went for our 1st JetSki experience with Jac.
We had a bit of a rocky start as I had booked for the wrong day ???? & was flying out at the time I had booked.
Jac could not have been nicer. He worked with us and we found another time for the day and off we went ????
The experience was amazing, Jac guided us so well, met us where we were at and then challenged us to learn new skills as we went along. His knowledge of the local area is outstanding.

Ripper of a tour Had a great time with Jac and his crew. We set off just after 7am and got to experience the glassy sheets of the pumerstone passage. Jac took me through my comfort zones with the ski before we opened it up and had some serious fun. We managed to see some of the wild life and soak up what the Bribie Blast experience had to offer.
Apart from sore arms and a sore face from smiling, this was a 10/10 experience.

Great afternoon out on the jet skis, had an absolute blast. Great fun, cool scenery and friendly staff. Definitely worth a try, would do it again. Mum (66) even had a blast despite being nervous, our guide showed her through the ropes and got her confidence up like a pro. Thanks for the great day out.

Highly recommend Surprise 85th birthday present for my dad. Absolutely recommend the experience. Beautiful part of the world to do this. The guide Jac very informative knowledgeable and got our confidence right up there given we were first time jet ski users ????✌️????

Having lived locally for so long and the bulcock beach being our local, we decided to take our visiting family on the glasshouse tour. It was the best decision we made on our families last day with us. Jac was so good and informative with safety paramount. The trip was so good that my wife and I will be booking the half day tour and will be using them whenever friends and family visit. Thanks so much for the memorable time guys.

Don't use Caloundra Jet Ski Hire I booked the Glasshouse Twister jet ski ride with Caloundra Jetski for 1pm Friday 20th October 2023. I drove up from Brisbane and at about 12.30pm received a text saying that they were running late and that I needed to be at the meeting point at 1.15pm, this was fine. I arrived at 1.05pm and waited to be greeted, this went onto 1.35pm when I decided to leave as no one came to meet me, nor any update provided, I was not happy.
I jumped in my car and left to head back to Brisbane to receive a text message at 1.48pm asking where I was? I told them I had left, and they asked if I would come back. I said no I was not happy, they tried to ring, but didn’t want to listen to their excuses. There was no apology and no offer to refund the cost of $280 which was pre-paid.
On returning home to Brisbane I sent an email asking for a refund and received no reply. I again followed up on Monday 23rd October and again had no reply on a refund. It was obvious to me that they had taken a late booking on the Friday morning which impacted on my booked jet ski ride. They weren’t 15 minutes late as it ended up being over 45 minutes late!
Rather than owning up to the mistake and refunding my money, they treat me like I was at fault for not waiting around for them to turn up. It has been extremely poor communication and treatment and greed by Caloundra Jetski to push my booking and then blame me for their failure to manage their business.
I recommend not using Caloundra Jetski as you run the risk of losing $100’s of dollars due to no care for paid customers and no ownership of poor decisions by the owners.

Amazinnnnggg!! My wife and I went Jet Skiing for our honeymoon recently and we had the most amazing time! Jack went above and beyond and his knowledge on the area and on the local animal life is incredible. Highly recommend

Bribie Jetski Blast Jac took me on a great ride around Bribie Island. It was the first time that he had taken someone on this full tour. We started going down through the wetland sanctuary which was absolutely beautiful. Jac stopped and pointed out some of the great wildlife and birds that are prominent in the area. We even saw some Dugongs who were playing in the area. We stopped for a massive breakfast at the Marina which was the biggest breakfast I have ever eaten. We then rounded the bottom of Bribie Island and then headed back up the coast. As you would expect it was a little windier and bumpier, which was fine. Jac was happy to go as fast as I wanted so it was a full-on adventure ride. The scenery was spectacular and one of the best jetski rides I have ever done. Jac was happy to stop and have a chat, which was really good. We weren`t in a hurry and we had plenty of time to share each other's company and enjoy the scenery. Even though it was winter, the weather was great. Certainly warm enough with very light winds.
Jac is a great host and I can thoroughly recommend booking a tour with Caloundra Jetski.

Honestly one of the best experiences that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I decided to do the experience as my birthday/Father's day present with my Dad. The old boy was a bit nervous when he found out what we had planned for him. But Jack was such a brilliant tour guide that he put my Dad at ease right away and he was more than happy to jump on the jet ski. Jack was such an amazing instructor that we had no trouble getting the hang of it and we were off powering across the water in no time at all. I 100% recommend this to anyone that is thinking about it. You won't regret your day with Jack at all ????

A must do Captain Jac, runs the tour. He is amazing at making sure you are comfortable and safe. But also makes sure you get into it and really enjoy it. I took my son and he can’t stop talking about it. Jac is excellent with kids and get them right into the experience. I honestly cant recommend this tour any more highly. We have done this twice and I can’t wait to go back

Absolutely top experience! Jack was very knowledgeable about the area and had some great info about the local wildlife. The tour had a great mixture of fun speed times and leisurely sightseeing viewing. Also took a phenomenal array photos to look at and keep.

Disappointed We had a booking for 12/12.30 for two of us including my service dog. Jac went ahead and booked the local newspaper to take photos of us without my permission.
He also let a group of four who walked in take out alloted time and expected us to wait.
So we went and had lunch, however I became unwell and so I texted to cancel our tour. Jac was very rude to me about the 'missed opportunity' of publicity.
Overall, very disappointing.
