North Stradbroke Ferry Sedan Transfer Terms and Conditions | Provided by Specialised Transport Australia (STA)
Eligibility: This transfer service is exclusively for guests travelling to and from the North Stradbroke Ferry terminal in Cleveland. STA is not responsible for guests booking transfers for other destinations or without prior confirmation of their travel plans.
Service Description: This service provides private, door-to-door sedan transfers between Brisbane CBD and the North Stradbroke Ferry terminal.
Prices quoted cover transportation only.
Pick-up and return times are tailored to the guest’s schedule and confirmed during booking. Transfers are available between 5am and 11pm daily.
Transfer vehicles accommodate up to 3 passengers per sedan.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Pick-up and drop-off locations include Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, and Kangaroo Point.
Guests must provide accurate pick-up and return times at the time of booking.
Trip confirmations, including exact pick-up location and time, will be sent to guests at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.
Changes or cancellations must be communicated directly to STA via phone at +612 8880 2999 or email at bookings@yoursta.com.au as early as possible.
Luggage: Guests may bring one (1) carry-on bag not exceeding 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth).
Additional luggage must be pre-arranged with STA during booking and may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests must be ready at their designated pick-up location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
STA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by guests not being ready at the confirmed pick-up time.
Guests travelling with young children must request child seats during booking (for $30 per seat) or inform STA if bringing their own car seat.
Please allow for potential traffic delays of 10-20 minutes.
STA’s Rights: STA reserves the right to substitute vehicles or drivers if necessary.
Changing road conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to pick-up or drop-off points.
STA reserves the right to charge a booking fee to cover electronic processing and bank fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
