- 24hrs+ of departure: 100% refund
- 12hrs-24hrs of departure: 50% refund
- Up to 12 hrs and no shows: no refund
Alternate days may be offered if 24 hr advance notice. We understand weather and personal circumstances change so we will do our best to work with you.
Tour Operations
Tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate. Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances. Driftwood Tours Whitsundays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours when necessary. In the event of cancellation by Driftwood Tours, affected guests will receive a full refund or alternative tour option where available.
Outdoor Conditions & Safety
Driftwood Tours operates in natural outdoor environments where conditions can vary. Guests may encounter uneven terrain, slippery or wet surfaces, wildlife, heat, rain, insects and other environmental conditions beyond our control. Guests participate in all activities, including swimming, at their own risk. During warmer months, marine stingers/jellyfish may be present.
