The story of the factory beginnings to tasting the final product is amazing.
Thank you Chris for opening your property to the public.

Informative, casual and interesting look into the world of growing cocoa and making chocolate using lots of Australian ingredients. Recommend their tour if you're in the region.

This was a great family activity. Well priced and informative. 3 generations found it all very fascinating. The information was given in a fun light-hearted way which appeals to all ages. Well worth the time and money. Generous sample of chocolates supplied!

Not worth the admission price money.
All geared up to make way to the shop for purchasing products afterwards.
Misleading word of 'Tour' in my opinion.
Also, lame excuse how the word 'Charley' has nothing to do with the 'Charlie Chocolate Factory'
Owner must think we are idiots and believe him. Obviously a strategic marketing decision LOL!
Overall, cannot recommend this "Tour" to anyone. I would be embarrassed to get feedback, if I did.
Recommendation:-
Some refreshments on arrival, such as a complimentary Cocoa drink would be nice, going forward with your "tour".

Great little place to visit. We learned alot about the process from plant to chocolate, and it was cool seeing the cocoa trees. The people running the tour were really friendly and we enjoyed our time there.

Great to see and learn how chocolate is made, right from a tiny seedling, to tasting the end product! High quality chocolate with a variety of amazing flavours made with native Australian ingredients, from macadamias to ginger, pink salt to Davidson’s plum. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I wish there was an even longer more detailed tour - perhaps one aimed at adults only. That said, our 10 year old loved it all. Thank you!

Great time, guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting facts and showed us around, would have preferred spending more time exploring the factory and their processes as we spent more than half of the time seated at the waiting area watching a slideshow with the guide. Tasting chocolate menu was slightly disappointing even though the chocolates were nice, I would have preferred more variety as he did introduce a lot of flavors but the ones we tried were rather standard, only had 2-3 interesting flavors. Bought the dark chocolate with salt and I’m surprised at how I didn’t quite like it. The dark chocolate was SO good but the salt wasn’t mixed into the chocolate it was more like a layer laid on the top before the chocolate hardened so it was actually super salty instead
