Located just around the corner from The Margaret River Chocolate Company. The stunning production and tasting centre provides visitors with an opportunity to stroll through kitchen gardens, watch products being made in the kitchens, sample wines, olive oils and fresh produce and then purchase from a huge selection of gourmet foods and gift items.

Every time we visit, it’s impossible to leave empty-handed. The shelves are beautifully stocked with a stunning variety of artisan products—from vibrant fruit liqueurs and infused olive oils to syrups. The quality and presentation are exceptional, and the flavors are just as good as they look.

One of the standout features is their fresh organic kitchen garden, which you can stroll through right outside. It’s a great touch that showcases just how connected Providore is to the produce they use and sell.

The staff were extremely welcoming. The whole experience feels thoughtfully curated and genuinely warm.

Great produce, great light lunch Excellent produce. Great vegetarian toastie with glass of wine for only $20. Good coffee, but bring your own glass if you don’t want it served in a disposable cup.

Don't bother with this over priced tourist trap, see below for their $15 "gourmet toastie" as they advertised, Was somehow flat soggy and stale at the same time, looked and tasted like it was 3 days old. Couple of bits of rolled ham and salami from Woolies. Wasn't even the toastie i originally ordered as that was sold out or thrown out because it was to old maybe they should have done the same with these rather than selling them. Very disappointed.

Beautiful Surroundings with their own gardens for their kitchen. The produce and products are well set out on display. The staff are well knowledgeable at the tasting station. I am not a wine drinker so purchased the Sambarino Chocolate Liqueur Espresso Macchiato which comes in different sized bottles.

Purchased lemon curd from here last weekend and it had black and white mould growing in it. The expiry date is October 2024 so it should still be good. I contacted them immediately but have received no response over the past week. Their food safety and hygiene standards are quite concerning now, so I'll be throwing away the other items purchased from here. Quite a waste of money.

This issue has been reported to the local council so hopefully they are properly investigated and no one gets sick from this. 🤢

Chocolate liquer was quite nice, hence rating 3* instead of 2*.

Coffee is expensive but thin and subpar, plus served in paper cup even though we didnt order for takeaway. Service is also subpar and staff didnt bother to ask which beans we wanted. When we asked if we can choose between the two beans she merely commented that the default is ___ without even the briefest intro of the flavor notes.

A gourmet experience from the moment you walk in the doors of this beautiful establishment built from rammed earth. Friendly, helpful staff and so many amazing products to choose from. We shared a chicken toastie for lunch with a glass of Rose and it was incredible. Well done team, we have told our friends it’s a must do!!

A haven for oils, sauce, condiments, coffee and wine enthusiasts! The store is stocked with rows and rows of products which are made from their factory. It’s extremely open with ample walking space which makes it a very comfortable visit.

A must visit if you are in the area and want a nice break from the wine yards! Highly recommend this!

Recommend to visit An impressive selection of spices and herbs, sauces, and jams in the premise to choose from. A recommended stop if you are in the area.

Vast variety of jams to choose from! Great place to buy some jams home. We did buy two cans of jams and really love it as a spread. Payment by card is convenient too. There are way too many choices so it took us we spent about 30mins or so here enjoying the air conditioning in the early summer season.

Great place to visit for someone who likes to cook or eat. Different types of balsamic vinegar (cherry/apple) available. Different types of olive oil (garlic/ chili/ truffle infused). Syrups, jams, etc. Came here from the chocolate factory expecting the same friendly atmosphere which was unfortunately not met.
For a store in a tourist destination, you’d think they would be more friendly. The lady manning the store did not acknowledge us until I asked for the liquor tasting that was advertised. I was accommodated but it felt like she didn’t want to do it. I would understand if the place were busy, but we were the only ones there. Made me question if she was just not happy to serve us because of our race. Just 2 stars deducted because it’s still a must visit. Rudeness turned down after saying I’ll take bottles of rosé and chocolate liquor. Ended up spending ~$150

If you want salad dressing, but don't want to taste it. This place was a pantry full of every condiment you can imagine. From salad dressing and dessert syrup, to curry mixes and a claim of the world's best Rosè. The only problem is the lack of tastings and helpful service, so you are left to just taking a punt on what could be an expensive yuk. With tastings this place could be excellent without well, are you feeling lucky, punk ?

What terrible customer service. My partner and I arrived around 3pm 07/10/23, there was 1 other customer in store who left very shortly after we arrived. 4 times I was passed by the two female staff who were on and not a single "hi how are you" no acknowledgement or interest shown. Must be such a busy bustling business to not have time to acknowledge your customers. Unfortunately after that experience I wasn't interested in spending any more time or a single dollar in-store. You clearly don't need customers to keep the business alive right?!

A decent spot for sauce enthusiasts and wine lovers. The sauces are unique, and the wines are good. The garden at the back is a nice touch but feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the place. Worth a visit, but not a must-see. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend for a quality shopping experience!

Was a bit disappointed at the rosé, we drove by and went in because they had a sign saying "worlds best rose" but the rose tasted was very disappointing. The take away coffee was under par despite good quality beans. Seemed understaff and wasn't very interested in attending to customers. Was a large estate, but the staff seemed to lack passion in what they do

It was the first winery we visited, fully expecting to purchase at least half a dozen bottles. It was around 4pm, there were no other customers, and the two staff were more interested in their own chatter than us. We were most happy to spend our money elsewhere.

The lady at the counter is super friendly and charming to chat with us, explain the different type of bread they served and even show us the best spot to have our breakfast outdoor, whilst enjoy the vineyard scenery.

The sauces in jar are a must buy apart from the wine. Bought its coffee liquor as topping for the tiramisu and liquor.

They are also famous for its wine and other homemade products.

Hadn't been for a couple of years. Used to love it, and bought large amounts - often it had enough for whole grazing meals, for example. And you could pretty much taste/sample everything. Range is drastically reduced on the things I buy (antipasto and similar), and almost nothing available for tasting.

A beautiful store around the corner from the chocolate shop and has more grown up supplies. Judi enjoyed the chocolate liquor ????

Hmmmm lovely place, good coffee to. Chilli tomato sauce, and smoke bbq sauce is very flavoursome. Hubby even got to try sauces that were not in display. Hmmmm...the owner came to talk to us as we admired his vine yards and answered our questions about why some vines had nets and others didn't. There is a way deeper meaning to the nets other than just keeping the birds off. Very interesting. His green lush outside area was lovely to sit in and finish our coffee. Those sunflowers when you walk in are magnificent!!!!

If you like your tastebuds, you must visit Providore—before or after the chocolate factory!

You can do a full tasting of the wines they sell, for $5. If you buy a bottle the tasting fee is not charged. Very educated employees, asked so much questions and they answered with the relevant information. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is great. They do coffee too and sell many other products. Must visit, have to say clean toilets.

Enjoyed breakfast and coffee, then went to browse the chocolates and then to Providore delights the Summer Chilli Sauce is delicious and for a hit of hotness the Peach and Habenero Hot Sauce is amazing, also cinnamon fig jam is very nice. Would love to go there again. They have a good variety of spices too.

Very very meh. I mean if you like to spend twice what something is worth then it's okay. Selection is pretty boring and the setting is available all over the South West. We definitely felt like this was a waste of time given all the options within a 30min drive.

Would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area, everything is so beautifully arranged, good selection of jams, olive oils and giftware.
Nice atmosphere too to enjoy a glass of wine.

The only negative was the staff member behind the counter could’ve been more friendly and attentive as we enquired of a product to see if they had any more in stock and she didn’t even offer to check for us.

Other than that the overall experience of the store is definitely worth visiting!

Great selection of speciality food items Providore is handily located a few hundred metres from the Margaret River Chocolate Company, and has a great selection of specialty produce items available.

Service was lovely and there was plenty of parking available on site.

Due to Covid, taste testing was not available, it was so tempting to buy something you haven't tasted!!! Hopefully that will come back soon.

A must for foodies! We had been here before so we knew what we wanted. Excellent selection of products and we managed to fill a basket! Staff are always friendly and the shop is always immaculate. We will be back for more delicious produce next time!

Lovely pridyce Very nice produce. However due to Covid cannot taste test so bought a candle instead. I hope they bring back taste testing

Not what it used to be We did not enjoy our visit time around and we pay a visit each time we are in Margs.

As we approached the front door there was an odd sign that said come in for “warm comfort food and wine tasting” Ah . there is no food served there anymore it’s all pre-packaged food to make at home. Such a shame as it used to be a nice spot to stop by for a bite to eat. There was a young girl there and we asked about food and the sign at the front door - she was so rude and had a care factor of zero!

While we understand why they aren’t providing tastings to all the goods in the store, it does make it very hard to purchase anything without knowing if you will like it or not – we walked out empty handed.

Lovely location Right next door to the chocolate factory! Tasted 7 different wines, but no reds available to try..staff was friendly, we had a stroll around the grounds! Beautiful gardens!
