TOUR INFORMATION 

ARRIVAL: 
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.  
This allows sufficient time for check-in and ensures the tour starts promptly. 
Tours start and finish on the veranda. Your guide will meet you there. 

FOOTWEAR:
Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required for the tour, as the shed floors may be wet.

HATS AND WATER:
The Tour is conducted undercover, so hats are optional. Tours proceed in all weather conditions.
The sheds can become warm, so feel free to bring water or a personal fan if needed. 

PHOTOGRAPHY:
Photography is encouraged during the tour! To help you capture the vibrant colours, we provide each group with a loan lens for your phone camera.

DIRECTIONS:
Please note that Wharf Drive near the Bulk Sugar Terminal is blocked and restricted. Please use Buss Street (the slightly inland route) and head towards the Marina and Cruise departures. You’ll find us directly ahead at the roundabout. 

Please note that some older car GPS systems may take you to the Bulk Sugar terminal by mistake.
