Territory Trike Tours General Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 2026 Operator: Territory Trike Tours ABN: 30 553 916 845 Location: Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia By booking or participating in a tour with Territory Trike Tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Bookings Bookings can be made through: The Territory Trike Tours website Authorised booking agents Phone or email bookings Approved tourism partners Online booking platforms such as Rezdy All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Territory Trike Tours reserves the right to refuse a booking if safety, operational, or legal requirements cannot be met. 2. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate. Prices may be charged: Per passenger Per trike experience (private booking) Pricing includes: Guided trike tour Safety helmet and equipment Tour commentary Photo opportunities at designated stops Food, drinks, souvenirs, or entry fees to attractions are not included unless specifically stated. 3. Minimum Age Requirements Passengers must be at least 8 years old unless otherwise approved by the operator. Passengers under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children must be able to: Reach footrests Wear an approved helmet safely Follow safety instructions The driver reserves the right to refuse participation if safety cannot be assured. 4. Safety Requirements Territory Trike Tours prioritises passenger safety. All passengers must: Wear the provided approved safety helmet Follow the driver’s instructions at all times Remain seated and secured during the tour Keep arms and legs within the trike seating area while moving Passengers may be refused participation if they appear: Intoxicated Under the influence of drugs Unable to safely participate No refunds will be provided in such cases. 5. Health & Mobility Passengers must advise the operator prior to booking if they have: Mobility limitations Medical conditions affecting balance or stability Back or neck issues Pregnancy Participation is at the passenger’s own risk. Territory Trike Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if there are safety concerns. 6. Weather Conditions Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to: Severe storms Cyclone warnings Extreme weather conditions Road safety concerns If Territory Trike Tours cancels a tour due to weather or operational reasons, guests will be offered: A rescheduled tour, or A full refund. 7. Cancellation Policy Customer Cancellations 48+ hours notice: Full refund 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund No Shows Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting location and time will be treated as a cancellation with no refund. Operator Cancellation If Territory Trike Tours cancels a tour due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational requirements, guests will receive: A full refund, or The option to reschedule. 8. Cruise Ship Passengers Tours booked by cruise ship passengers must allow sufficient time to return to port. Territory Trike Tours is not responsible for missed cruise departures due to: Passenger delays Traffic conditions Late arrival at the meeting point. 9. Passenger Conduct Passengers must behave respectfully and safely during the tour. Territory Trike Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a passenger: Engages in unsafe behaviour Harasses staff or other guests Damages equipment Refuses to follow safety instructions. 10. Photography and Media Territory Trike Tours may take photographs or video during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, guests consent to the use of images or video in: Social media Website marketing Promotional material Guests may request exclusion from media by informing the driver prior to the tour. 11. Liability Waiver Participation in a trike tour involves inherent risks associated with motorcycle travel and road use. By booking a tour, passengers acknowledge that they participate at their own risk. Territory Trike Tours, its operators, and affiliates will not be liable for: Personal injury Loss or damage to personal property Delays caused by traffic or external factors. This clause does not exclude liability where prohibited by Australian Consumer Law. 12. Personal Belongings Passengers are responsible for securing their own belongings. Territory Trike Tours accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items. 13. Tour Changes Territory Trike Tours may adjust: Tour routes Stops Duration Due to weather, road conditions, events, or safety considerations. 14. Privacy Customer information collected during booking is used solely for: Booking administration Safety records Customer communication Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. 15.
