Had a really fantastic trip to Litchfield National Park. Picked up by Tour guide Lars, and embarked on a wonderful day, stopping off regularly for truly amazing sites, frequent comfort breaks.

Lars met us at the cruise port and took us on a wonderful 8 hour day to Litchfield National Park with its 3 spectacular waterfalls, zebra rock location, termite mounds, and Buley Rockhole. Along the way, he gave interesting information of the area and detailed descriptions at our stops.
He always helped with getting in and out of the minivan (there were 9 of us), and had plenty of water and snacks on board.
We would be happy to have him and his company for more tours.

We spent an absolutely amazing day on a private tour with Lars, an outstanding guide who shared so much knowledge about the park and the culture of the Aboriginal people.

Even during the wet season, we were able to visit all the iconic highlights, including:

There was plenty of time at each stop for relaxed walks and to truly enjoy the surroundings.
The highlight of the day was definitely the chance to swim in Buley Rockhole during the wet season – an unforgettable experience! 😍

Thanks to the low season, many spots were quiet and uncrowded, making the whole experience even more special and personal.

Larz was thoughtful in confirming our tour a day before and reminded us to meet at designated area to be picked up.
Through out the whole tour, Larz has given us ample time to spent on each location to swim and soak at each waterfall venue. He has provided alternative route for me who was struggling with upper respiratory issue. As climbing 170 steps are not ideal for my lungs. My partner asked if this coach load of passengers can stop over a pub for a quick beer, Larz drove us all
to an authentic roadside pub for a quick drink. Everyone on the coach was over the moon during the surprise stop!!! 🥰

Lovely way to spend the day. Lars makes the miles melt away between swim spots. If you like swimming, bad jokes, and nice people you should book this trip.

Lars are a great tour guide, lots of time at the waterfalls/waterholes. Even the $12.50 lunch was simple DYI wraps but freshly prepared and stored correctly. The pool noodles and stopping at the sign was nice too and small numbers nice people were well worth it. I had to change my tour as there wasn't enough for Croc part but Sabine called me straight as way to change it and refunded the difference.

The Litchfield National Park day tour was an amazing experience! Thank you to our tour guide Mel who was absolutely wonderful! She had so much knowledge and she was so informative. The scenery was beautiful, the waterfalls were spectacular! If you get a chance to come to Visit Darwin I highly recommend the tour with Australia 2001 Travel and ask for Mel. She’s amazing!

Absolutely brilliant day - the Waterholes were like something out of Jurassic Park! We saw heaps of wildlife and our 10 year old Daughter, my wife and I cannot recommend highly enough!

Our Kakadu small group tour with Sabine was terrific. It was a long day packed with sights of unbelievable rock art, a boat ride down a waterway with crocs and lots of bird life, visits to cultural centres, termite mounds and a delicious smorgasbord lunch. A very memorable day made extra special by Sabine’s special touch.

The Litchfield and Berry Springs day tour with Dan today was fantastic. Got to try some bush food and learn about termites, burn offs and the local flora. Easy walks to the magnificent swimming holes. Very refreshing. Plenty of rest stops. Dan did a great job finding out what everyone really wanted from the trip and went above and beyond to make that happen.

This tour is so nice for those who want to water activity in the wild area. We were able to enjoy swimming in the clear creek, falls and small lakes in Litchfield National Park.
And the nice lunch is offered at only 10 dollars, which made me surprising !
And I am also satisfied with the hospitality !
I really enjoyed this tour. And the pronunciation of the guide is very good and easy to hear even for non native English speaker, like me.

We took a 1 day small group tour to Litchfield National Park and Berry Springs with friends. Our driver/host Sabine has over 20 years experience of sharing her in-depth knowledge about the Park, and its flora and fauna , with guests. We were in awe of the beauty and complexity of the Park. Stunning waterfalls, swimming holes, termite mounds and Sabine provided us with a substantial lunch, and joined us for a dip in the Berry Springs. It was a great tour and experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent day to Litchfield National Park with Sabine!! Courteous, friendly, informative and what a special day viewing 4 waterways. We swam in billabongs and swimming holes with a glorious walk to add to our enjoyment. Lunch was delicious and the knowledge that our guide was able to impart was excellent. Highly recommend this fabulous tour!!

A great day out from start to end. Our guide Aaron was awesome. He had lots of info to share about all the locations we visited, friendly and very accommodating. We recommend adding lunch as it is well worth the $10 per head cost.

I have spent the best day in Darwin with Aaron and a small group of beautiful humans on the litchfield 1 day tour. The places we visited were stunning. The waterfalls were so beautiful and the water so refreshing. Aaron's friendly manner and knowledge of where we were going was very appreciated. As was his willingness to to stop and show us interesting 'things' along the way.

We did a one day tour with Sabine to Yellow waters and Burrungkuy and cannot recommend her highly enough for the fabulous day we had. Sabine is highly knowledgeable, passionate about the environment and native animals and goes out of her way to make the day memorable. The tour is worth every penny when compared to the big boys - we will definitely be choosing her again when we eventually come back to see some of the other areas on offer.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Sabine at the booking stand out front of the Darwin Information Centre and were impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. We went on the Berry Springs one day tour with the ever so friendly and knowledgable Robert-who went out of his way to accommodate all our needs. Our 1 day Katherine Gorge tour with Sabine from Australia 2001 Travel was literally the highlight of our week in Darwin.
From the very first phone conversation to book, Sabine went above and beyond.
Our 6am start was soon forgotten as we settled into her comfortable and spacious 4WD. The drive went by quickly as Sabine shared her great knowledge of the area, fauna and flora. Her perfect balance between professionalism and personal touches are what really make for a memorable experience. We were very well looked after with wonderful morning tea, snacks, drinks and an amazing lunch by Edith Falls.
