We had a wonderful day on this snorkeling tour. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive from start to finish, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. We had ample fresh food onboard. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and clear water that made the experience even more special. We especially appreciated how kind and patient the team was with our toddler in the group—they even helped her swim around, which meant so much to us. A truly memorable experience and highly recommended. The price is much less for the service provided. I didnt have an underwater camera. The aquatic life inside the water and the coral is mesmerising!!!!
And as a surprise, we got to see a lot of dolphins on our way back chasing the boat/ferry.

Had a lovely day trip to Lady Musgrove island today. Safety procedures were well explained and demonstrated. The skipper a glimpse of a breaching whale. He diverted our course so that we could see mother and calf playing. We must have sat by them for 10 minutes. What great diversion!

It was certainly worth getting up early for this trip to Lady Musgrave Island. The crew were very professional and competent. We had lunch morning tea and afternoon tea – all was Complimentary and delicious. There was also the opportunity to purchase other drinks and snacks. It was interesting to walk around the island and learn a bit about the history of the southern barrier reef. Then to be guided through the lagoon to see the most impressive turtles. On our way back, the captain made a slight detour as he had been looking out for whales - We had a wonderful display from a mother and calf. I would highly recommend this trip.

The stars are for this magnificent island and lagoon.
We were a little disappointed by the coral: most of it is brown, which doesn't mean it's dead, but rather due to algae. It doesn't look like coral with all the imaginable colors you can see elsewhere on the Great Barrier Reef so if you want to see coral go to the north.
The worst part is that I've never paid for a wetsuit on a tour. Yes, it's written in the email, but to me, it's a joke. The price here is the same as for all the tours in GBR, with an extra charge for snorkeling. The wetsuit costs $10 per person, which isn't much, but it's a bit surprising it’s alaways included in the price…

Really enjoyed the trip out to Lady Musgrave Island and reef tour. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. The tour of the Island was fantastic and very unique in its development as a coral island. The vegetation was beautiful. The food was provided all day in plentiful amounts. Appreciated the cup a soup for warmth and the scones were definitely a winner. Reef and sea creatures were in abundance and thoroughly enjoyed the snorkel. The icing on the cake was to view a whale close up on the return. Would recommend this tour.

Fantastic trip, wonderful staff and amazing Lady Musgrave Island. I left a bag of shoes on board after our day trip and the staff very thoroughly looked for them and found them! They were returned just before we left Agnes Water and I was so appreciative and relieved. It is a great day trip. I loved the glass bottomed boat - we saw so many sea turtles and the driver was so skilled and knowledgeable. Snorkelling was really fun. It was so special.

What a magical experience. Unparalleled. Once in a lifetime experience. Snorkelled with turtles, found nemo in his anemone, saw parrot fish, dories and all the other wonders of the reef. The glass bottom boat and the island tour were cool as well. Trip out was a bit choppy but definitely worth it. I would book well in advance and at the beginning of your stay so if the weathers not up to it and it gets cancelled, they can move you to a later date.

Our family of four (kids are 12 and 7 year old boys) had an amazing time. The ride out was rough, and we were glad we took our motion sickness medication. However, it was worth it to be able to explore the island and snorkel the reef. The boat itself is comfortable and accommodating. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We saw tons of beautiful fish, many sea turtles, an octopus, and stingrays, and we were even treated to some whale watching on the smooth ride back!

What an awesome day trip. Definitely take some sea sickness tablets as the trip out there is long and rocky. I highly recommend this trip if you like turtles because you will see heaps of them. The island was pretty but if I go again I’d more likely snorkel and dive the entire time as it’s just beautiful. Highly recommend doing the dive getting up close to the reef is like nothing else you will ever do.

The ocean was rough but we made it! Lady Musgrave Island is gorgeous. Snorkelling was amazing lots of sea life and corals. Food was okay. Except mechanical problem and 3 hours delay at the end of the tour, we had a fun day and staff made it great. Thank you for smiley faces and friendly service.

Great day and awesome staff. Such a wonderful place to visit and the crew made the day better. Make sure you take seasickness tablets as the bar crossing can be rough. Highly recommended this trip if visiting 1770/Agnes area.

Totally amazing day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saw lots of turtles, fish and coral. Including a live turtle hatching making their way to the water. Provided plenty of flexibility to prioritize activities we wanted, but we did the set program.

The crew was so friendly and helpful! The boat ride took about two hours and near the end we saw humpback whales. What a nice surprise that was. We were offered enough food on the boat. For morning tea we got scones and cake. Chicken and ham wraps for lunch. A cheese platter in the afternoon and even fruit before we arrived in 1770 again. The highlight of my day was the snorkling. Plenty of fish and turtles and the great barrier reef was magnificent. You could hire towels and a scuba suit if the water was too cold. I will definitely return, but I would bring my underwater camera.
