Pick up & drop off time from your accommodation are external/outside of the tour 7 hours. 

There is no charge for this time.

Suggested Itinerary

The below are our suggestions to you. We are more than happy for you to design your own 7 hours itinerary any way you like/prefer. You can book & pay for your tastings + food. Share your organised itinerary with us.


You can book your choice of 4 Wineries Only

You can book your choice of 3 Wineries + (1 Brewery or Distillery, Cheese or Chocolate Tasting) ​

Please allow at least 1.5 – 2 Hours for Lunch

We strongly suggest booking your tastings in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.

Please allow for travel time between wineries when booking your itinerary/tastings. 

Lunch stop is a must.

​Our tour pricing includes private luxury car + driver only.​ Price does not include any wine tasting fees, food costs.

FREE pick up & drop off from Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas.

Additional fees will apply for pickups outside these areas.


If you would like pick up and drop offs from Newcastle, Port Stephens and Central Coast areas for your wine tour. 

Simply add the Return Transport Charge (defined for your respective area) from the Optional Extras options when booking online.


Sydney Transfers

*Please note we do not offer same day return trips to Sydney from the Hunter Valley.

If  you would like the pick up from and drop off back to Sydney your pick up date/day must be different to your drop off date/day. 

Simply add the Return Transport Charge from Sydney to Hunter Valley from the Optional Extras options when booking.

Useful Timing Considerations:

On average each wine tasting takes 1 hour.
Lunch bookings 2-2.5 hours.
30-40 minutes each for chocolate & cheese tastings
30-40 minutes each for brewery & distillery tastings.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– When booking, if you chose to pay booking deposit payment of 50% only. Then the balance 50% payment will be due 72 hours before the actual tour commences. All booking must be paid in full for the tour to commence. – Additional charge of $2.5 per km applies for any pick ups and drop offs outside “Free Pick Up Zone” Free pick up zone – Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas. – No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car. – If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $230 will apply, which will be charged at the event. – All bookings must be paid in full for the tour or transfer to commence. – Booked/confirmed itinerary must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the booked tour timing for the DYO Tour to commence. – Once booked this price cannot be changed case of any changes to the original booking. For instance post booking changes to number of passengers, changes to pick up and drop off locations. – For all DYO Tours, it is the responsibility of the customer to stick to the itinerary schedule/timings and allow for travel time between venues.
