Outstanding self drive package We booked a self drive package - 9 Nights into the Wilderness - and it was amazing! We cannot speak highly enough about this company who organised everything: flights, car hire, accommodation, National Parks entry and some activities/excursions. We received detailed information prior to our departure with vouchers for every stage. During the 10 days, no paperwork was required - at each hotel or excursion, we were greeted (often by name!) as they were expecting our arrival. The car hire and accommodation were all top notch, as were the activities/excursions. Thank you, TasVacations, for an outstanding holiday. We would definitely book through you again and highly recommend your company to others.

In one accommodation we were living like locals in a 2 bedroom home. All the recommended accommodations were terrific! Our kayaking trip that was scheduled had to be cancelled due to high winds. I received a refund for the kayaking within days.

Booked a golf trip to Barnbougle through Reani at Tasmania Vacations. She provided great options and quick responses… until I made payment. Once I sent payment through I had to contact her multiple times with no responses to chase up confirmation of our booking. She apologised and said she was busy and would get back to me by end of day but never did. After a few more attempts to contact her, I contacted the head manager who had our booking confirmation sent through after a bit of back and fourth. We called the golf course the week of our reservation and they had no booking under the name we had booked under… which required another ring around and a lot of stress, luckily this was sorted quickly over the phone.
Honestly, it made the booking process more stressful than it had to be. I should’ve just booked directly with Barnbougle to save the headache. Wouldn’t personally recommend booking through Tasmania Vacations.

Booked with Reani to travel in August - everything was so easy to organise. Really detailed quotes so we knew exactly what we were getting. Travelled in off season doing the Western Wilds Tour - amazing.
All the hotels were exceptional, central locations and beautiful views. Got an off season bonus for the hire car. Was so easy and convenient having everything booked and paid for - just breezed through all of the hotel and hire car check in/out.

The included tours were excellent - great value.

Ben arranged all our accommodation, car hire & tours. One hotel was a let down, but Ian the CEO personally got in touch with me. All remaining hotels were centrally located and some had fabulous views.
Budget Rent A Car & Cradle Mountain Hotel both gave us upgrades which was a nice surprise. Our Wineglass Bay Cruise was cancelled due to inclement weather & Tas Vacations refunded us promptly.
Overall a great experience. It was great to have everything arranged and just turn up at the next destination.
I highly recommend Tas Vacations for stress free travel.

We could have organised the accommodation ourselves for half the price, we asked for 4 star but many places were average. and saw on the sheets we signed how much was charged, certainly not 4 star prices. Much cheaper to organise yourself.

I was one of the unlucky ones. First response was probably automated which is why I got it quick. Second response was after emaling just "hello".
Third email I was told they would get back to me in a few days. Been over 2 weeks. Still waiting.

10 nights in Tasmania, booked car hire and all accomodation for a road trip around the state through TasVactions and I have no regrets. It was simple to organise via email, they were accomodating for me to change my locations, nights etc. All of the accomodation they booked us into was so nice and no problems checking in or picking up the car. There was lots of inclusions with our car hire and accomodation and the value for money was amazing! So thankful to the team for making our Tassie holiday easy, simple and stress free. They also sent us a list of restaurants to try in each area! I will not hesitate to book through them again for my next holiday to Tassie.

The best way to see Tasmania Talise and the team arranged the ideal 14 night self drive package for us. Car hire was super easy including the best insurance coverage available. Each of our stopovers - Hobart, Port Arthur, Swansea, Launceston, Stanley, Cradle Mountain, Strahan, Hobart - boasted excellent accommodation. All hotels were clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Each check-in was completed with ease. The extras we elected to include were so enjoyable, from walking the historic site at Port Arthur to penguins at our door in Stanley to the Gordon River Cruise at Strahan. An exceptional experience made possible by the expertise and know-how of Talise and the team. Highly recommend TasVacations for anyone travelling to Tasmania.

21 Days in Tassie Our 21 day TasVacations trip was just awesome. It was our first time to Tasmania so the opportunity to see & experience so much in 3 weeks was fantastic. Everything went without a hitch - from collecting the hire car at the airport, to the amazing itinerary, the great range of accommodation venues & experiences on the Gordon River Cruise, the Tamar River cruise & of course the passes for Port Arthur & Cradle Mountain.
TasVacations organisation was faultless. We highly recommend the 21 Day see it all trip - especially for couples like us on their first trip to Tassie.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our long awaited trip to Tassie due to family issues. TasVacations responded brilliantly and provided promised refunds promptly. They were also very helpful when we booked our holiday and I will certainly use their services again when we finally make our trip.

I have just paid in full for my Tasmania trip put together by Ben Webb. I wanted to give a very big thank you and public acknowledgement to Ben for helping put it together! After a year and a bit of no travel, I seem to have forgotten what to do and was consistently sending questions and asking for changes which Ben accommodated wonderfully.
The itinerary looks amazing and if I can go (pending COVID) I will certainly update my review to reflect this.
I however wanted to post a review now because, regardless if I can or cannot go, I think that Ben did an exceptional job and I will definitely recommend him and book with him again.

Great trip! None of the advertised drive yourself itineraries suited us so TasVacations staff tailored a trip for us. Everything worked out exactly as planned and we were pleased to receive a couple of bonus tours worth a few hundred dollars, petrol vouchers and national park pass. I am pleased to highly recommend this company. Thanks to the staff who arranged it all, they were very helpful during possibilities of lockdown impacting our holiday from the mainland.

Well planned We had a fantastic holiday organised by TasVacations. It included 10 night accommodation, car hire, Freycinet Paddle, and Bruny Island trip. Everything was fantastic. Girls trip for our 50th birthdays I recently organised a girls trip away to Hobart with 11 of my school friends for our 50th birthdays. Caitlyn from TasVacations helped us do this. She was fabulous, nothing was ever a problem and she was extremely easy to deal with & had lots of fabulous knowledge. Thanks Caitlyn for the most memorable 4 nights away in Hobart. We had a ball and our accommodation was the best.
