Your Ultimate 7-Day Riding Itinerary

Friday: Arrival and Transfer to Derby

Arrive in Launceston and board your dedicated shuttle to Derby. We also offer Launceston City pick-ups if you arrive early. Rest easy knowing your gear is safe in our enclosed luggage trailers, purpose-built for secure bike transport.

Saturday: Unlimited Black Stump Shuttles

Hit the trails straight away! Our Black Stump Shuttles provide unlimited access to world-famous trails like Kummagutza, Air Ya Garn, Detonate, and Flickity Sticks. With multiple buses running all day, you can maximise your riding time and ease in with green and blue runs or send it down the black lines. 🌲

Sunday: Blue Tier and Atlas

Experience the iconic 38 km adventure trail that started it all. Journey deep into the ancient, moss-covered Blue Tier rainforest before flowing down the famous Big Chook gravity descent, finishing at the historic Weldborough Pub. After a delicious lunch and a local craft beer, shuttle to the Atlas trail to weave through giant boulders and deep gullies, descending back to Derby via your choice of thrilling trails.

Monday: Unlimited Black Stump Shuttles

With your trail mojo fully dialled in, spend the day exploring every corner of the Derby network with another full day of unlimited Black Stump Shuttles.

Tuesday: Unlimited Shuttles & Lake Derby Floating Sauna

Keep the momentum going with unlimited shuttles, then unwind at the Lake Derby Floating Sauna. Relax in a wood-fired sauna floating on the lake, and take a refreshing plunge into the fresh water to recover for the days ahead. (Sauna experience is optional and not included in the package price).

Wednesday: Blue Tier to Bay of Fires

Prepare for an unforgettable 42 km point-to-point epic. Ride from the dense rainforest of the Blue Tier all the way to the crystal-clear waters of the Bay of Fires. Enjoy the famous “first 13 km” of pure flow, transition through coastal heathland with stunning ocean views, and finish with a fast descent to the white sands of Swimcart Beach before your return transfer. 🌊

Thursday: Departure Transfer

Pack your bags and reflect on an epic week. We will pick you up from your accommodation and transfer you directly back to Launceston Airport.
