My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the Island Sunset Cruise at San Remo. The stunning views and breathtaking sunset made for an unforgettable experience. We pre-ordered the upgraded grazing board, which was beautifully presented and delicious. While we loved sitting outside at the back to take in the scenery, we couldn't hear the live music from there, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting the area!

We were booked on this cruise as a wedding gift and it was absolutely perfect. A small cheese and fruit tray was offered with a bar and some music, set the scene for a romantic trip to see some beautiful scenery and wildlife around the island. Recommend it to anyone.

My family had an amazing experience, staff are very friendly and helpful, smooth 1 hour sailing and wonderful view of cape Woolamai. We got to see seals and learn about their habitat. It’s incredible and memorable trip for my 9 year old daughter. We will definitely love to try it again.

Cruise into the sunset We have gone on numerous trips with Wildlife Cruises by ourselves as a couple, as well as family members and friends. Each experience was memorable and unique. Last evening we took a friend on a sunset cruise and once again we were treated to good snacks, wine and a glorious sunset while cruising in Western Port Bay. Wildlife Cruises have staff who are friendly service orientated and the finest Captains around. Thank you for a wonderful experience ️

Poor quality Commentry Cruise was fine but quality of Audio was terrible., therefore no commentary could be heard unless standing under speaker.

Amazing Trip! We had an absolutely fantastic time on the Refuge Cove / Skull Rock cruise at Wilsons Prom! The whole experience was well planned out - the commentary from Brett was informative, the staff ( Dave, Abigail, Gary and Jacob) were super friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of food and everyone had the opportunity to paddle board, snorkel or kayak at the cove. We would highly recommend this trip!

Fantastic We’ll this was a surprise experience. We had just had lunch at North Pier Hotel and then went for a walk on the pier. We saw Wildlife Coast Cruises just pulling in to the pier. We asked if we could buy a ticket just prior to boarding and at 2pm off we went.
What a great tour, the staff was awesome 👏, friendly, informative and just nice people.
We had a lovely time sitting upstairs looking out to the rear of the boat. Nice scenery on the way to Seal Rocks.
When we got there the captain gave us an amazing commentary about the rocks, the history and of course the seals. We were up so close you could see them playing and socialising, the young one are very cute.
The captain did an awesome job of keeping us close to the action. The captain was a woman, of course she was very competent and knowledgeable.
What a pleasant surprise going on this tour unexpectedly and loving it.

We took the 2 hour round trip of seal watching cruise with my 6 year old, and it was such a wholesome experience to watch them up close, having the time of their life in their natural habitat!
The weather was perfect, the ocean breeze was refreshing, and the views were absolutely stunning. But the real stars of the show? The adorable seals!
Watching them lounge on the rocks, dive into the water, and play around was such a fun experience. Some were even curious enough to swim close to the boat. Totally recommended!

Great experience A very pleasant morning cruising with Wildlife Coast Cruises today. Very attentive staff and excellent commentary along the way. We have been to San Remo a number of times and to do this cruise was a pleasurable experience. Well and truly recommend this one. Fabulous boat trip to Skull Rock and Refuge Cove My husband, adult daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous full day exploring the south west coast of Wilson’s Promontory yesterday with Wildlife Coast Cruises, departing and arriving back at Port Welshpool.
The Brianna Lee was comfortable and clean and the captain and crew were very friendly, professional and accommodating.
The captains commentary throughout was interesting and informative, and we loved our encounters with pods of dolphins on both the outward and inward journeys, as well as our close up views of the amazing Skull Rock and the seal colonies on the nearby islands.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two hours at beautiful Refuge Cove where we were able to snorkel and swim in the clear aqua water as well as explore the beach and creek.
A truly memorable day!

My husband and I went on our first cruise out to Seal Rock after years of watching and being on the shore of Phillip Island. I highly recommend. It was a great experience, the staff are great. The seals are amazing! I got great videos on my phone but my husband used his camera to capture the best close ups while I enjoyed watching.

What a great day out on the water! We did the whale watching cruise from Port Welshpool! We decided to jump on board because the weather wasn’t going to be a great day for us to go out on our own boat and do some fishing (windy and wet), but still wanted to get out on water! So we thought why don’t we jump on board and see if we could have a lovely day looking at the sites of Wilsons prom instead with the hope to see some whales too on this big vessel! We certainly were not disappointed! The team on board absolutely wonderful, Very knowledgeable and welcoming! Food on board was great! We learnt so much about the area, the wildlife and Marine life and even information about the vessel we were on and how that ran!
We got to see Whales, Seals, Birds and some beautiful sites! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone! Was worth every cent!
You can definitely make it the experience you want too, whether you choose to sit indoors or out, listen or read the information they have on board, speak with the crew to find out more info and whether you keep a look out for whales or sit back and smell the sea air!

The experience was absolutely amazing. The onboard staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, introducing stories of seals and their lives. On our way back, we were lucky enough to encounter dolphins, and the captain took the time to stop by, so we could all enjoy watching the playful dolphins. This trip was the reason we extended our stay in Cowes, and it was truly worth it. We had an incredible time!

Saw whales 😋😋😋 Whale watching around Wilson’s Prom. Such a wonderful day! We had been advised that it would be choppy, and it was, but the sun was shining, we were warm and cosy inside with great views. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we saw whales. So wonderful! The food was great, even for our special diets. This is a company I would thoroughly recommend.

Had an amazing time on the seal cruise. Went on a Saturday, crew were very friendly and insightful. Recommend if your enjoy learning about the wildlife. We had the motion sickness bands and they seemed to work, but also took motion sickness medicine.

Also, the cake they serve from a local cafe is delicious! There's toilets, coffee/tea, and snacks on board. Can bring your own food/drink as it's a 2 hour cruise.

My first, but not the last, whale-watching experience The weather was sunny but cold. Everyone came prepared for the cold, which was exhilarating on the front of the boat. The staff were very knowledgable and gave a talk as we cruised leisurely along the north coast of Phillip Island. Before too long, we were served delicious pastries. Eventually we passed the markers that told us we were now in open waters, and for all of us to keep our eyes peeled for whale sightings. We were taken up close to the Seal Rock, and immediately a group of seals put on a show for us as they dived into the water beside the boat. It took a while for the first whale sighting, after which we spent an hour (the legal time limit to spend observing whales) from the distance of 100 metres (the legal distance) watching and waiting for them to do something other than blowing. After we moved away from that group, another boat was able to stay longer, and we saw that the group had become more active, and we could see from a few hundred metres away, that now the whales were pec-slapping. So although we did not get close to the whales (this is only allowed if the whales approach the boat, not the boat approach the whales), we still enjoyed the experience of seeing what we did see. We spent the rest of our cruise, still looking for whales, but also circumnavigating Phillip Island, which was also very interesting. We arrived back at the jetty 4 1/2 hours after we had left.

Whale sightings & lovely trip Very enjoyable day.Eco friendly & staff went the extra mile to show us a whale safely and with really good commentary.
Highlight for me was seal rocks and the close up of the Tern colony, it was just beautiful on the crisp sunny winter day.

Good cruise for whale watching The cruise is easy to book, the instructions very detailed. It departed on time. Boat is nice. Crew is professional. We had a good time finding the whales and saw some whales that day. Good trip and very professional. Highly recommended for whale watching. Please note that this is a big ship and i think there are about 30 - 40 people on it. However we have good space and they have life vests on the boat too for emergency.

Regardless of which cruise you book from here, luxury or not: you are guaranteed stunning views, and an unforgettable experience; such is the beauty of this place.

My appreciation for my home state has improved so much, and the cruises facilitate such lovely views that it more than deserves a star spot in the itinerary of any tourist.

Worst trip ever!!! Worst experience ever! I vomited 6 times! I am half dead! If they know the weather is that bad they should conceal the trip and refund the money! Or reschedule a better time! The boat almost sink! We are like a ball flipping around! It’s like roller coaster that last for 3 hours!!!

Told the crew to head back over 20 times but nobody’s listening. If you want to torture someone just recommend this trip! You can only see whale very very very far when it spill water. That’s it! Not recommended! Hell trip! I think I got PTSD! If you want to make yourself suffer, go for it!

We went on the Full Day Wilson's Promontory Cruise on Tuesday 12 March. We enjoyed the cruise thoroughly and I would recommend it highly. We saw the lighthouse, skull rock, seal colony and had a lovely stop over in Refuge Cove. We had a small group of 19 on our cruise which meant there was plenty of space for everyone. Our captain provided a great commentary during the cruise. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the good quality food - it exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful day.

Stunning ocean and wonderful experience!! We did a 60-mins scenic cruise but were lucky to encounter a seal on the way. The staff are friendly and very kind. I accidentally left my coat (which I didn't need in the end) on the ship but they sent it to a local address by Express so I could receive it before I departed the country. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. We will definitely come back again for other tours if we can.

Wilson Prom views from the sea. A very special experience to see Wilson’s Prom from the sea. Captain Andrew and crew were meticulous in making the day an experience to remember. Food was well presented and enjoyable. Highly recommend the tour.

A magnificent experience Four of us did a Wildlife Cruise from Cowes Phillip Is to Nobbies to see many, many seals and some birds. Sooty Oystercatcher’s were magnificent.
The 2 hour trip was worth it, weather was perfect AND the ALL female staff were excellent.

Wildlife cruises This was our first time on a cruise and we weren’t disappointed, my 9 and 8 year old was absolutely amazed by the scenery, we got really close to the seals rock and got some really beautiful photos! Beaut scenery but ordinary engagement & info share by captain. Beautiful scenery but disappointing captain was not sharing information where we were heading, what we were passing by, sharing local information of interest to tourists.

We joined the fur seal tour. The booking was very easy (by phone if you purchased the PIE package).
Staff was responsive in email too.

The 2-hour tour didn't too long. The crew was friendly and professional. The captain gave a very thorough presentation.

The cruise had 2 levels, with plenty of seats. Toilets on each level.

We stopped at the seal rock for more than 15min, which gave everyone plenty of time to take photos and videos.

On our way back to the pier, they had colouring activities sheets for the kids and also served cakes. The captain even invited all the kids to hold the "steering wheel".

Great experence for both kids and adults. A must go.

Relaxing Cruise Wonderful cruise that I would definitely recommend. Our seal cruise was cancelled due to rough seas (understandable) so we were moved to the Cape Cruise by the friendly staff. What a relaxing cruise with a complimentary tea and slice of cake to look at the amazing views. Even saw two seals that had found a nice spot near the san remo bridge.

Great cruise and lovely day for it. Crew were very helpful and good commentary on the trip there and information when we arrived at seal rock. Advise to take any sea sick medication as the boat does move about a bit.

We had a lovely morning cruise out to the Cape, on Phillip Island Victoria . Ben, who sold us our tickets was completely right in his assessment of the weather and we had calm water and beautiful sunshine to enjoy our cruise . The staff including the captain were all friendly knowledgeable, and ready to help or share a second slice of cake , and coffee which was part of our ticket and enjoyed .
The scenery was spectacular, we saw a seal and sea birds nesting . We learned about the geography and local history of the area and I admired the captains respect for the animals and other people using the area . A very enjoyable morning

Family Fun Did 1 hour Cape Cruise with family, 6 adults and 4 children ages between 7 and 10 years. Comfortable, large boat, it was a little bumpy for a short while when in open waters but Captain was very good communicator and safety and comfort was paramount. Great sights and interesting commentary. 'Big' (adults) and small kids loved it. Good value and gave a good overview of San Remo, Cape Woolamai and the Entrance. Highly recommend as a family experience. Also, the crew were VERY present and helpful.

Entire family enjoyed the cruise experience. Couldn’t see seal close but had a new experience watching seal. Also, enjoyed delicious cake and tea.

Fantastic seal experience! Our cruise to see the seals was fantastic! There was plenty of time to enjoy watching the seals and the running commentary gave us a great deal of knowledge on local history and the seals themselves. All staff were very friendly and met our every need. My daughters were even allowed to have a turn steering the boat and were given take home activities. Would gladly take tis cruise a second or even third time.

Great Xmas breakup The Wildlife Coast Cruises was a great choice for our work Xmas party, the weather was good for us, there was heaps of food with the cheese platter's and prawns. The staff on board were very helpful and welcoming also with the musician smashing out some great beats. We all had a great time and highly recommend

Enjoyable Cruise along Island coast We took our grandkids on this trip and it’s the second time we’ve done this cruise.

The day commenced with our arrival at the jetty and watching the playful stingrays splashing at the water edge.
Then there was about 20 pelicans along the beach also.
???? the boat is very comfortable and the commentary informative.
It’s an excellent way to see some of the rugged Phillip Island coastline.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The trip takes you through to Bass Strait and again the boat was comfortable.
On return you arrive with plenty of time time to witness the pelican feeding. Again, another entertaining and enjoyable experience.
Following the pelican feeding it’s time for lunch and what better place than co-op fish and chips shop.
Yummy.

Three hour cruise of Westernport with live music to Cowes fireworks Went on the Christmas party cruise, fabulous night ,plenty of nibbles, the 2 musicians had the crowd dancing the whole trip, and what a view of the Cowes fireworks, worth every penny of the trip

But staff response very quickly and helpful. The company can do full refund or reschedule anytime that suit your plan. We reschedule for next day departure. The staff are still very friendly and helpful. They looked after the customer on board very well. Especially those who feel sea sick. They will stay there with them until they feel well. We get to see beautiful seals. It's nice experience. Will definitely come back again next time!!

The crew are fantastic, and look to the needs of the passengers, along with answering questions and the skippers (John or Andrew) giving commentary. There's also a marine expert to give information on the whales.
The whales are magnificent. I think I observed most behaviours that the whales perform. I'm in awe every time I see the whales. You might also see dolphins, seals and sea eagles along with other seabirds.
An experience not to be missed!

Whales and science I am travelling with my partner to discover the world, and when we heard that there was a whale watching company at Wilson's Promontory, we had to book with them. We were on 9/10 and had the best experience with the captain and the crew. The thing that made our day was the knowledge of captain Andrew while explaining the behaviour of the animals during the encounter, the way he said a few words to pay his respects to the indigenous population. The crew was amazing too. In particular, Pirla and Paula, I hope I spelled it correctly. I was shocked when I heard that these young women were marine ecologists, but once they started answering our billions of questions, it was pretty obvious the reason why they are doing what they are doing. Incredibly passionate, they managed to explain complex concepts very easily, the way their eyes shine when they see whales is unbelievable and the friendship between the two is obvious. They are going to do great things! Good job for the company to get experts on board!
Thanks everyone, if you are questioning booking for them, please just do it. They will make your life better, kindness and knowledge are at the base of this experience. And the whales . Well, the whales are just unbelievable.

Nightmare A nightmare. Most of us were feeling sick and threw up the whole time. They should have canceled the cruise as they knew the sea conditions were not good. They sent us an email the day before saying that the cruise was confirmed and only advised to buy travel tablets just in case. No tablet saved us, we were all feeling terrible.

Awesome ???????? happy whale watching day!! The whale cruise was fantastic!! We saw not only 4 humpback whales up close, but also some breaching whales in the distance. Then there was the dolphins, the seals, and so many types of birds. And we got to see the two giant manta rays at the pier. The crew were great! Captain was fantastic! Even offered to give us some more time when the whales started breaching again - at the very end. Unfortunately some people were seasick and we had to come home. What a spectacular day.

Seal cruise with some unexpected sea guests. Was an amazing cruise. Saw plenty of seals and to top it off we saw a pod of dolphins swimming. The crew were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you. We would definitely go again.

Whales, whales and more whales.. Another fantastic Wilsons Prom cruise with the WCC team weather was a little choppy but the captain did a fantastic job at both providing a smooth cruise and finding whales .in a little over an hour we were being treated to breaches, spy hopping and whale slapping. At one stage, we had whales in front beside and behind us .this left us able to pick and choose which pod were providing the best action and travel to them. A great day and thoroughly recommended. I'll be back .

Great little cruise along the rocks. Friendly Seals are happy to meet and greet... or just lounge about, being admired alongside the boat. Super friendly staff. Great way to see some of what the island has to offer from the water.

Amazing Experience for the Seals The staff were amazing, we had booked to go on board a couple weeks earlier but the rain cancelled the trip, the staff were quick to help us in scheduling a new day and when we arrived the weather was perfect, they helped us as I had an infant in a pram and a mother with a leg injury in boarding the ship. On board we had a great captain who gave us some little information as we went past areas. The seals were brilliant, swimming and showing themselves everywhere so we were all able to see them which was what we hoped for. My son got to sit in the captain seat and he liked that. 5 stars for the wildlife coast cruises and we hope to be back for perhaps another cruise.

Wilsons Promontory whale watching. Just did the Wilsons Promontory whale watching trip yesterday, absolutely awesome ????.
Saw about 6 or 7 whales which was cool.
Ever if we had not have seen anything it still would have been an awesome experience anyway. The coastline & scenery down there is amazing & unless you have a boat & are familiar with the waters you'd probably never see it from this perspective.
Great trip.

Magnificent Experience Went on the Wilsons Prom whale watching cruise. Absolutely magnificent from start to finish. The crew and boat were amazing. The views were spectacular. There were so many whales at one point we didn't know where to look. We would definitely recommend this.

Top Bucket List item ticked off. We left from port Welshpool and spent over six hours with an amazing crew who looked after us so well. And the stars of the day, the humpbacks, certainly played their part in creating an awesome experience. Three young ones put on an exhibition right next to the boat. It was just like kids showing off. The sounds of the whales talking to each other under water were eerily moving. Thank you to the whole crew. (Anthea)

Whale watching Fabulous day many photo opportunities and the crew were amazing as always . This was my 5th trip and I’ll definitely do it again

WOW, WOW WOW. What an amazing day. WOW, WOW WOW. What an amazing day. "6 hour Whale Watching Cruise" out of Port Welshpool Victoria with Wildlife Coast Cruises. Captain & crew were polite knowledgeable and very helpful. We got to see whales of all ages, mother with calf, juveniles and other adults. They were breaching , tail slapping 3 juvenile males were spy hopping within 2 metres from the boat. This is called "Mugging the boat" and the captain has to shut off the engine until the whales move away. We will be going back next year for sure.

Their service is exceptional; the staff was incredibly friendly. They have a bar onboard for enjoying drinks during the cruise, and the captain provided informative commentary about the seals during the seal-watching cruise.

Perfect day out, the Captain and crew were all super friendly and accommodating.
Managed to see around 5 whales, seals and dolphins.
Hopefully next time might get some close up action with the whales ????
