Beach Boarding Information

Dunsborough tours involve beach boarding. Guests are transferred from the beach to the Alison Maree aboard a tender vessel. Boarding requires passengers to step into and out of the tender with assistance from our crew. Feet should remain dry during normal boarding conditions. Guests with limited mobility or concerns about boarding should discuss whether the experience is suitable before booking.

Whale Sighting Policy

As whales are wild animals, sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, Naturaliste Charters maintains a very high whale-sighting success rate. If no whales are sighted during your tour, our applicable No Whale Sighting Policy will apply.

Flexible 20% Deposit Option

A 20% deposit option is available when booking. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than two days before your tour. A payment link will be emailed to you before the balance is due.
