Strict 72-hour Cancellation Policy Please re-confirm your tours 24 hours before the date of travel. 1. All bookings are made with No Limit Adventures Pty Ltd (ABN 40 158 630 356) (us/we). By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions (which constitutes the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your itinerary, confirmation email, booking confirmation or invoice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read through all the information provided on our website related to the tours, email correspondence, our booking platform and booking confirmations as well as be familiar with the associated Terms & Conditions. 2. Cancellations – Public/ Join-in tours: A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies. No refunds or changes inside 48 hours of tour commencement, even if you are late. No shows will incur 100% cancellation fee. Should we have to cancel the tour a credit or full refund will be provided. 3. Payment – Public/ Join-in tours: full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your spot on the tour. The above standard cancellation policy will apply to your booking. 4. COVID POLICY: If we cannot run tours due to Queensland Government mandates, lockdowns or restrictions a full refund will be provided. If however you or another member of your group cannot participate due to illness or self-isolation the standard cancellation policy will apply. 5. Participants must be 18+ to take part in any alcohol tastings. Please bring valid ID with you. 6. We take no responsibility for any losses, accidents, injury or any other personal misfortune, which may occur during the duration of the tour or after its completion. 7. The tour itinerary is subject to change at any time. Possible causes for change are unpredictable forces such as weather, heavy traffic, unforeseen venue closures, bookings or events. Whilst changes like this are very rare we do reserve the right to make necessary changes. All effort will be made to offer an alternative stop or venue offering the same inclusions. 8. You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. 9. Participants joining the brewery & distillery tour are subject to the RSA laws at each venue. Venues reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated, rude or aggressive in behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a tour or refuse travel to a customer where unacceptable, rude behaviour is displayed or where the customer is overly intoxicated. 10. Smoking, food & alcohol consumption: Government regulation prohibit smoking or consumption of alcohol inside tourist buses. No food to be consumed on the bus. 11. Tours run subject to a minimum number of passengers booked, stipulated on our website. A tour may be cancelled where minimum numbers are not reached. Should this be the case we will make all effort to rebook you onto another tour, offer you credit for a future booking, transfer your booking to another person or refund your payment as a last resort. 12. Gift vouchers can be purchased and used for any of our tours, subject to availability: a. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. b. Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. c. Gift vouchers are valid for a specific tour or the purchased amount. Should the tour price increase inside of 12 months from the date of purchase the gift voucher is still valid. Should the tour price increase after 12 months from the date of purchase, the amount of the gift voucher can be used towards any tour, however difference must be paid if the chosen tour costs more. If the gift voucher is used towards a tour of lesser value the outstanding amount is not redeemable for cash. d. Please contact us 14 days before your preferred date of travel to check availability.
