Still waiting for my refund!! Return my money please I am still waiting for my refund from this company (and another tour I had booked). Tours were cancelled by them, due to illness.
I even spoke with the operator 1.5 weeks ago, was assured I would get my refund and I’m still waiting for it!! Not good enough.

A wonderful informative day. I was out and about with Graham today and had a wonderful day! Very informative and a lovely man. When I mistakenly left my jacket in the van he kindly returned it my hotel lobby for me. I highly recommend!

My 2 tours were cancelled, which I wasn’t notified about. I only knew this when I called on the day of my tour, several times, to confirm pick up times. My tour was cancelled due to the guide being unwell, which I’m understanding of. The tour was cancelled several days before and I didn’t receive any notification of this at all.
I was assured I would get my refund. Which I have NOT! I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times, left voicemails and none of these have been responded to! I booked directly with the company. I’m still waiting for my refund. Upon looking further into this issue, this is not a first with this company and people have had the same issues with getting their money refunded.
I have done extensive travel in Australia, and abroad, and I have NEVER had this absolute lack of professionalism from any tour company or business.
If the business owners are reading this: action my refund ASAP!

Dreadful service Worst company I have ever experienced. First we get a confirmation that we are being picked up at 2.30 at Hotel A then when I asked if they could pick us up at our air bnb they said no but they could pick us up at Hotel B and it was winter hours so 1 pm. I said that’s fine. Then we get another email with confirmation that they are picking us up at Hotel A at 2.30pm. I rang and left 4 messages and sent two e mails all in the / days before the tour. Nothing back!! So we turn up at hotel B at 1 pm and wait there till 1.30 pm and they don’t show. No call or anything even although they have our number and it is correct on the confirmation. TERRIBLE SERVICE and ZERO COMMUNICATION.

Highlights of Canberra I had a fantastic day on this tour. Saw all the main sites, and there was plenty of time at each location. The tour guide was a wealth of information and really easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend this tour to any first-time visitor to Canberra.

Fabulous experience! Highly recommend this tour. Neil, our tour operator, was genuine, friendly and so knowledgable about everything Canberra and the workings of government. We were able to experience the last post ceremony at the War memorial, which was a quite special.

I had an amazing experience with Canberra Guided Tours. Neil, the owner and our guide, made the day truly special. His knowledge is outstanding, and he brings everything to life with engaging stories. No matter what question you have, he always has an answer.

The tour was in a small group, which made it relaxed and personal. Even though our hotel was outside the city centre, the convenient pick-up and drop-off made everything easy. What really stood out was how flexible the tour was — Neil adjusted the program to suit the weather and the interests of the group.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, a perfect 10/10.

An excellent afternoon with Neil, such great knowledge about the indigenous animals and birds. It wasn't only about the wildlife but we learnt a lot about life in Australia warts and all. Great stories about the Space station as well. In fact we stay another night in Canberra so as to do Neils tour, and we are so glad we did.

Great full day Canberra tour. The tour itinerary was well thought out, well timed and we saw most of the major sites.
Neil, our guide, was well versed in everything Canberra. He explained history, back stories, current events and was amenable and very interesting. He gave us the tour of Old and New Parliament houses, and starting the tour at Mt Ainslie gave us the perspective we needed.

Amazing experience! My mum and I had wonderful experience with a bus full of fellow tourists from across the globe. Neil is a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide, great knowledge of Australian history, nature and wildlife. It was also great that we got to see kangaroos and koalas upclose.

Best tour and tour guide we have had What a tour. started with a friendly tour guide named Neil who picked my wife and i up at 9;15. we went everywhere with Neil pointing out interesting site as we went along. This was made easy for him as Canberra in my opinion is the most beautiful city i have ever been to. Beautiful places and buildings in the city and the outskirts. we finished our tour (after attending The Last Post ceremony at the War Memorial ) at 4;45 pm.

Just excellent. This was an excellent tour. Neil was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The timing and length of tour were also very good and I was particularly impressed that we returned to the war memorial a second time to be there for the last post which does not otherwise work well with the rest of the tour.

Brilliant, it won’t disappoint. Excellent. From pick-up to drop-off our throughly knowledgeable driver, Neil made the experience totally enjoyable and educational with great humour thrown in. Great overview of this unique city. We had decided on this trip to Australia we should visit Canberra, the Nation’s capital.
We booked the full day tour on Viator. We were met at our hotel by Graham who was a fountain of knowledge regarding his home city. We learned so much about the history and architecture of this interesting and quite unique city.

It was a beautiful day so we were lucky enough to see the view of the ‘Canberra Triangle’ from the Mount Ainslie lookout. When visiting the Parliament, we were also fortunate to go into the public gallery at The Senate (Australian equivalent to the UK’s House of Lords) and witness the debate in question time. Probably the highlight of the day was the timely visit to The Australian War Memorial where we were able to see the daily ‘last post’ ceremony, which was an emotional and moving experience.

Great tour of Canberra This tour gave a good insight to the points of interest to visit in Canberra.
The weather was not the best, but Michael tailored the tour to lessen the impact of the rain. He was a great host, with a good knowledge of the places we visited.
I would recommend this tour to others.

Tour review Now that lm older l take tours as the people have expect local knowledge this was one of those tours Neal the owner has vast local experience of local Canberra history having had a wide range of former occupations the bus was nice @cool never hot @a nice mix of people even a couple from San Diego USA so thoughout the day we went to the main attractions 2parliments ( old@new) Duntroon army academy drive though mount anslie Canberra exhibition city drive though explaining various land marks lunch stop was new parliment then war memorial latter in afternoon for the last post closing ceremony floral tributes placed plus a bag piper playing a very moving avent all in all l would thoughly recommend neals tour to anyone wishing to learn more about Canberra

A superb 1 day tour of Canberra with a friendly and expert guide knowledgeable on its founding, development and the functioning of its key institutions. Very entertaining and interesting day with many more locations and events covered than we could have managed on our own.

1st Time in Canberra Darryl was our tour guide and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to talk to. I really enjoyed being able to see a number of fantastic site in Canberra without having to worry about driving or even thinking. I was here in Canberra on a business trip. I told my business associates, who are locals, about where Darryl took us and they were impressed that we were able to see so much in one day. Everywhere we went on this tour was exactly what they said they would have recommended someone new to the area should see. I think Darryl was very friendly and a great conversationalist. I think he did a great job and I would highly recommend this tour and Darryl.

Definitely great value! Neil’s commentary was interesting and informative and fun! The areas travelled give a great overview of Canberra. My 13 year old granddaughter was very impressed and would also recommend this tour. The small group size is a plus (in my opinion). The option to participate in the Last Post ceremony was a highlight.

The perfect introduction to Canberra - do this as your first activity We were going on a short mini break to Canberra and wanted to ensure we maximised our stay. We had seen how highly rated tour this was on Trip Adviser so booked early. We were not disappointed. It really was a great experience and Neil was the perfect guide. The whole tour was so well planned giving you a full understanding of the how, where and when surrounding the city’s founding and its history to date, a thorough explanation of how the Parliamentary system works in Australia and ideas of what to do on subsequent days. It was all delivered in a very informative but light touch manner by someone who had a great breadth and depth of knowledge. Neil was always ready and willing to answer questions. We’d really recommend this as the first days’ activity in Canberra.

Wildlife experience plus more Although we have lived in Australia for many years and have seen kangaroos and koalas in multiple locations, this tour is still worth mentioning. The tour guide, Neil, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the different species of wallabies and kangaroos and introduced an interesting app for birdwatchers. He also fulfilled my wish to spot a platypus in the wild. Another highlight was the NASA deep space radio tower, which came with a very interesting story. As we were the only group on the day, he even dropped us back at our accommodation. I would highly recommend this tour.
