Please note: We run multiple tours and are a small Family business. We have different weather at different times of the year and our times could change from what you have booked. start times vary for the Fatbike adventure but we like to get into the forest before it gets too hot in summer at 8.am or if that time slot isn’t available due to another activity taking the timeslot it will be at 2pm.  

Arriving in the beautiful Boranup forest we will start off the tour by getting to know your Fatbike, Its similar to a normal mountain bike but with oversized tyres. We will then have a safety demonstration under towering the most westerly strand of karri trees in Western Australia and the 3rd largest tree species in the whole of Australia.

We glide through a trail and listen with our eyes and watch with our ears for animals that frequent the area. There is always a chance we will see native species of animals as we can sneak up on them with the Fatbikes silent approach. 

In the distance the Indian Ocean focuses into view this is where the oversized tyres come into their own on the soft sand track until we hit limestone again. Getting closer to the coast the Amazing Granite formations of Cape Freycinet appear at this wild and rugged part of the southwest coastline. We will hop off the bikes and explore the coast.
