Starting mid morning or mid afternoon – your engaging guide Geoff shares with you his love of the Top End, he brings an extensive knowledge of  Darwin’s History, the beautiful Wetlands and the magnificent Wildlife.

Travel is in a Mercedes Touring Vehicle – each guest has a Window Seat and a quality set of binoculars to use throughout the tour for a wonderful viewing experience.

 A small tour group ensures a relaxed personalized tour. 

Geoff pickups from your preferred location and drives out of the city, sharing with you Darwin’s unique history on the way to the beautiful Fogg Dam Reserve. This NT National Park is one of the few places in the world that allow a leisurely drive through the abundant Wetlands full of birdlife & nature. 

Homeward we visit the iconic Northern Territory pub, The World Famous Humpty Doo Hotel. Here, you may savour a meal and refreshments from a local menu offering Barramundi, Buffalo and Crocodile. Sit back and soak in the atmosphere of a genuine ‘Territorian’ Pub.

Geoff starts this tour at either 9am or 10am (Day Tours) or 3pm or 4pm (Evening Tours) – please check your preferred date for the available start time.

One of the best tours I have ever been on. Geoff’s knowledge, expertise and kindness make that you don’t see the time passing by. He had unparalleled patience when it came to spotting the crocodile he saw the day before, he allowed us to bring back professional photos of the wildlife because of his photographic equipment, gave lots of good advice for visiting the region and its culture. Wonderful experience not to be missed!

This is a new business just started by Geoff and his wife. It’s one of the best wildlife tours I have ever been on – the most amazing creatures in a beautiful peaceful setting with a knowledgeable commentary and a real insight into the local area. The crocodile sighting was unforgettable. The Humpty Doo Hotel is also a great experience of a real Australian pub – just be prepared for enormous portions!

We were so happy & felt so privileged to be part of a friendly group onboard with Geoff as we took the ‘Sunset Fogg Dam’ tour.

Geoff was so informative, his knowledge of the area as well as the local flora & fauna was fantastic.

We saw such an array of Birdlife, Wallabies, Buffalo & even a Darwin Crocodile.

The tour just kept giving as the sunset across the Lilly pads as we set off towards the famous & iconic ‘Humpty Doo Hotel’.

Here we were treated to a great choice of food, generous servings amongst a fabulous atmosphere.

We would highly recommend taking this tour when in Darwin.
