More Information

Our tour follows well-maintained earthen tracks and sealed paths. There is minimal gradient and a few soft sandy sections. There is universal parking and toilets. We welcome individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. If you require any adjustments, please let us know when booking.


Meeting Point

The tour departs from Koorak Cafe, 37 Kings Park Rd, Kings Park. Please note the meeting point is not at the main botanical garden precinct. Please check the address on your booking confirmation for directions. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely start.

  • Comfortable closed-in shoes and clothing suitable for walking.
  • Raincoat, hat, and suitable gear in case of changing weather conditions.
  • Small bag or backpack to carry your personal items.
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • A towel or blanket to sit on during mindfulness exercises and breaks.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds We understand that sometimes things happen in life and plans need to be changed. The order can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled experience for an alternative date or full refund. No shows or bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled session will forfeit the order and payment. Please note, booking fees will not refunded. In the event the session is cancelled by Mindful in Nature (i.e., severe weather, pandemic, insufficient participants) the booking will be rescheduled or refunded in full, including the booking fee. Client Information Disclosure As part of my commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining credentials with professional membership organizations, I engage in continuous training and education. This process requires me to keep records of client names and contact information. By signing this agreement, you consent to having your name, contact information, and the start and end dates of our work together recorded solely for the purpose of verifying our coaching/facilitator relationship.
