Not to be trusted at Alice Springs airport Our flight from Cairns was delayed half hour arriving into Alice Springs.
When booking we were told if flight is delayed we will monitor and wait for your arrival.
Well guess what..when we came to the pick up point outside the terminal it was deserted, no bus let alone driver to be seen.
I called their printed mobile number and guess what again, cannot take your call at the moment.
I asked a person nearby and he told me, the bus had left about half an hour ago.
We had just half hour left to get to Thrifty downtown to pick up my hire car before they close for the day.
I enquired at Thrifty office inside the terminal for help, they were happy..ish to give us a lift to Thrifty downtown and save the day for us. Soo koodos to Thrifty Alice Springs airport and thank you very much for the lift.
I called the bus office a second time and this time boss answered, he was not too impressed..well needless to say we were much much more less impressed.

Very Good Customer Service Airport Shuttle from my Hotel accommodation to Alice Springs Airport on Thursday, 20th August 2026 at 11:30 am Coach, both employees = Steven and Phiangkhwan are very friendly, helpful and hospitable with excellent customer service.

We've engaged Alice Silver to do our trail transport, food drops and gear retrieval for our end-to-end Larapinta hike in May. Also used their very convenient airport shuttle. We were given great package deal and the company patiently dealt with our changes (someone dropped out, then we had an extra person, then we needed extra box, etc.). All drivers we met were fantastic people and overall we had very positive experience, we would recommend this business to others, particularly to Larapinta hikers.

Great service. It was great to have such a seamless experience my first time in Alice. Both drivers were fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful, and made the whole process easy.
I was nervous when I arrived because I hadn't booked but I still got safely to my hotel. The coach was comfortable and clean.
The after service was also amazing! I look forward to my next trip where I have time to do some sightseeing.

Prompt, reliable and friendly I used Alice Silver for a lift to the airport. The bus was a little snug for a larger guy like myself but the service was excellent. The lady driving was friendly and cheerful and well organised and we moved around town to the various pick up points with no dramas. on and off loading of luggage and passengers was done with minimal delay. The price was good and got me to my flight with plenty of time to spare. I'll be using them again on my return journey.

Fun and memorable In behalf of my group ( 24 seniors ) we appreciate very much the assistance and services you provided us.
You accommodated us on a day trip that we didn't planned to do to see some beautiful sites in Alice Spring. You also gave us a transport to town to spent sometime in a pub and picked us up back to our hotel.
And of course our transfer from our hotel to the airport went smoothly.

Uluru by wheelchair - just perfect with Alice Silver ! If you are bound to a wheelchair but still wish to visit Australia's red center - there's nothing better but Alice Silver Passenger Services. Just do it, from our side absolutely most recommended !

Flew in to Alice for a 11 day hiking trip. John was an absolute legend throughout the entire trip. Across the week and a bit, John put up with our entire group, always with a smile. Joined in with our games while we hiked or sat around the campfire in a cow paddock, shared countless stories about himself and his life and listened to all our stories. Shout out to John for giving us excellent services and being a cracker of a mate. Made our trip for Gold Duke Of Ed absolutely memorable. Thanks John Absolute Top Dog.

Good services, cheaper than taxi Good service to go from airport to hotel or from hotel to airport. Cheaper than taxi, only thing that waited long time at airport. Also not good at getting message back

Ein hervorragender Shuttleservice zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt. Preislich nicht ganz günstig mit 20 AUD für ein One-Way-Ticket, jedoch wesentlich billiger als Taxis. Die Abholzeiten werden zuverlässig eingehalten, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man kann direkt am Flughafen natürlich auch ohne Reservierung mitfahren.
Es gibt in Australien wesentlich größere Airports, die keinen Shuttle-Service anbieten. Schon allein aus diesem Grund eine absolute Empfehlung wert.
