Best Way to Photo-Tour Japan I did the Spring 2024 tour to Japan with Alfonso. I have got to say that Alfonso is an amazing photographic tour leader. Took us to great photographic sites - some touristy, some not - with awesome technical input, artistry guidance and shooting challenges for make the days even more interesting. Quite the mentor.

Being fluent in Japanese, well experienced and practiced in Japanese ways, made the cultural and historical briefs informative, interesting and authentic. Photographic styles included landscapes, cityscapes and street imagery. Highly recommended and, by the way, suitable for both digital and phone camera users.

Why I only give 3 scores is because I had hoped we were to walk more around in Melbourne to use our camera’s and get some photos. We did at the end which was very good. Thank You.
I have to admit, it was pouring down, which had to be taken into consideration, when the tutor planned the afternoon. So close to 4 scores. I will do another Photography Tour when the opportunity occur.

Great work team building activity We had a group class with Alfonso for a work team building activity. The class was focused on how to optimise our smart phone photography. He gave great, practical and actionable tips and engaged the group in mini challenges walking around the CBD. A fantastic small group activity that I would highly recommend.

Great afternoon spent learning some new skills Spent a lovely afternoon with Alfonso learning some tips and tricks for composition, settings for various scenarios. Very relaxed pace and left feeling far more confident on how to get the most out of my camera.

Great photography tour! Alfonso arranged an evening photography workshop in Sydney with Chris Jones—what a fabulous evening exploring sites and making images. Chris was a patient and enthusiastic teacher and I learned many tips about my camera, night photography, using a tripod and composing an image technically and artistically. We began at twilight, moved through blue hour to the dark of the evening which offered learning opportunities about light and how to use it as it changes. I truly enjoyed the places we chose to set up waiting for the serendipity of the moments we had there. I finished the evening with a couple of images from Sydney that are cool and creative and reflect new skills. Thanks Chris I had a great time learning and creating!

Great Private Photo Tour! Had a great session with Alfonso in Sydney. I liked the private photo tour so much that I requested a second session the following day. Alfonso also gave me a few Photoshop/ LR tips. All in all, a great experience

Photo workshop with Alfonso I have recently done 2 workshops with Alfonso, the nighttime smartphone Vivid workshop in Sydney and a private sunrise seascape session. Alfonso is an excellent teacher and a natural artist who explains the technical side of photography well and also knows the best vantage spots to get some excellent photos. I especially enjoyed the editing sessions to fine tune the photos. I highly recommend his workshops and am looking forward to hopefully doing some more with him.

So much FUN and very practical for everyone Smartphone Photography Course by ZOOM
The fun is begins the day before course start with choose the subject's flowers and shape of ice The course was very easy-to-understand because Alfonso is very flexible and use easy-expression. I learned not only how to take good pictures but also edit functions on my smartphone which can be use for any of photos.
I attended this course with my 87years old mother who never zoom course before and she also loves it!!

A fun afternoon of photography A great introduction to photography.
Alfonso had some excellent tips on creating the perfect shot and the subjects were varied, including architecture, landscape and portraits so it was a good all around introduction.
Alfonso is also very knowledgeable.
The Rocks is a great location as the scenes are varied. I walked away with some great photos!
