We had a booking for 11:15 and as per the bookings we arrived 15mins early (actually 20) and only reason we located the place was because we could see the boat. No signage , no stand or boot with any person to greet you on your arrival. The staff rocked up on a bicycle at 11am and told us to wait as she would have to get organised. The boat was not clean and ready for us to board until 11:47 and there were no BBQ. Although the name suggest it’s a bbq boat but apparently it’s extra $25 to have a bbq. Which they agreed to provide free of charge after we express our disappointment.

We also had to dock our own boat as the one and only staff member was too busy getting other boats organised. Whilst she did the best she could I think the business has zero regard for safety nor quality of service. I had to jump of the boat myself and tie it down and we left without even getting a chance to thank the staff because she was just so busy.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK THIS. They didn't have all of the boats fully functional, some had umbrellas some didn't and it was a 30 degree day where you absolutely needed the umbrellas, the staff treated you like dirt on their shoe, especially the female worker. The female worker was yelling at my wife and I and the other party that were also waiting ages and expecting a boat with an umbrella. They were running late so we weren't on the boat until 45 minutes after the booking time which meant we had to cut it short as we had another activity booked afterwards. It was an absolutely shocking experience and i urge you not to book with them. The owner does not care to fix the problems and the staff said they deal with the same issues everyday and basically said it is what it is.
They provided us with a refund after we complained but honestly the whole experience was so stressful and upsetting its just not worth it.

We had an amazing night for my daughters 16th. The staff member was very helpful and friendly, providing us with all the utensils we needed. Thank you! Would definitely recommend

Great fun. You can bring your food to barbecue on the aquaboat. The gas supply is limited so make sure you turn off the gas when not in use as it can run out very quickly if left on.

Fabulous day today for our team celebration! We skipped the BBQ and bought our own catering! A relaxing 2hrs on a perfect day! We had everything we needed! Staff were great! My team loved it!

Had an amazing experience with the family. Staff were friendly and offered great service. Boats were well presented and reassured safety. With this, everything ran smoothly within expectations and secured a time to remember! Much recommended.

great fun, bbq on the boat..helpful ????‍♂️????‍♀️staff but cannot go far on that boat..we booked for 2hours but came off earlier. disposable cutlery, bluetooth mini speaker was provided by staff..and yeah you dont need boat licence to drive the boat.there wasnt any public toilet. overall good ????experience and great view..????
