Arrivals – Airport Pickups

For all Arrivals into Gold Coast Airport please proceed to the Bus pick up area at the northern end of the Terminal. Our Gold Coast Super Shuttles bus will be awaiting your arrival (Look for the bus with the Turtle on it)  It usually takes around 40 mins to disembark and collect your luggage. Depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions the trip into Surfers Paradise is approx 40 min.

Departures – Hotel Pickups:

Schedule your pickup for no later then 2hrs prior to your departure time.

For pickup we recommend you arrive early and are ready and waiting for your driver to avoid any delays with your departure time.

Baggage 

We allow for 1 standard suitcase and 1 carry on piece per passenger,  please let us know if you have extra baggage or oversized items at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations

Cancellations permitted up until 48hrs before booking time. No refunds for no shows.
