Arrivals & Departures Made Easy

Gold Coast Airport Pickups (Arrivals)

After landing at Gold Coast Airport, make your way to the bus pickup area at the northern end of the terminal. It typically takes about 40 minutes to disembark and collect your luggage. From there, your private shuttle will be waiting to whisk you away. The journey to Surfers Paradise is approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic and your hotel location.

Hotel Pickups (Departures)

For a stress-free departure, we recommend scheduling your pickup no later than 2 hours prior to your flight. Please ensure you are ready and waiting for your driver to prevent any departure delays.

Important Transfer Details

• Operating Hours: Airport transfers run between 6:00am and 9:00pm daily (subject to availability).
• Direction: Please note that this booking is for a one-way transfer.
• Baggage Allowance: We allow 1 standard suitcase and 1 carry-on piece per passenger. Please notify us of any extra baggage or oversized items at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
• Flexible Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted up until 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. Please note that no refunds are provided for no-shows.
