Judy was especially good about pointing out historical information & background of various parts of the downtown area, the people who developed it & Australia, and the places we went were delightful.
Doing the tour the 1st afternoon we were here gave us our bearings, and during our five days stay, it was much easier to navigate where we were, where we were going, etc.
We'nRe very glad we took the tour and commented about it several times during our 5 day stay in Melbourne
Our group tour became a private one as it was just the two of us.
Easy walking and easy listening, she is storyteller by heart, as we wished. She really knows her way around. Showing us quite a lot of Melbourne secret streets, shops and Christmas trees. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much Alice for this perfect introduction room to Melbourne! Not only did we find you very knowledgeable but also very passionate about the city and what makes it special.
Bernhard and I enjoyed our time together so much! We loved our conversations and personal connections and appreciated your huge and rounded knowledge.
Meanwhile explaning about the history of Melbourne and Australia. We eg visited a Victorian dome hidden in a new high rise building and a high fashion shop (almost) in a church. Excellent tour with an excellent guide. Highly recommended.
The only "meh" part of our tour was lunch, but in fairness she chose a gluten free restaurant that was on my list of possible "go-tos." The meh-ness was not her but the restaurant.
I would take this tour with her again in a second. She did a great job and was a highlight of our visit to Melbourne.
Isabel warmed right up to the group and by the end I felt like family. She was very fun to spend the afternoon with.
I would highly recommend doing this day one in Melbourne so you can revisit some of the stores and restaurants you see along the way.
Must do tour to help you get familiar in a new city.
This is a must do, as your first activity in Melbourne, even when arriving on a morning flight. Your Melbourne stay will be so much better when you know the cities secrets.
