Departing at 8.30 am, travel through the Central West of NSW to the historic wine region of Mudgee stopping for morning tea on the banks of the beautiful Lake Windemere. Experience the very best of regional wine and local produce as you visit up to eight of Mudgee’s most awarded wineries. Sample whites, reds, fortified and varietal wines along with splendid figs (in season), cheeses, olive and other superior, local produce. A magnificent lunch awaits your pleasure at either the iconic Mudgee Brewery, (modern Australian cuisine and innovative beer brewing) or De Lusso Estate (Italian influence). All food and drink are at the guests’ expense. Return at 4.30 pm in time to freshen up for pre-dinner drinks.
