BOOKING CONDITIONS Cancellation Policy for all Charters FULL refund if cancelled outside 14 days 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days NIL refund if cancelled within 72 hours If cancelled by OBJ Adventures full refund or rebook on the next available charter Prices and tours are subject to change due to price of fuel, permits etc MINIMUM 4 PASSENGERS REQUIRED TO RUN ANY CHARTER. We do try our best to ensure that charters do run, however if there are not enough anglers for a charter we will put you on the next available or work with you for other options. We do not take responsibility for loss of goods or possessions, including mobile phones, sun glasses, etc. It is recommended that you have adequate insurance to cover such incidents or leave them at home. All rods and reels are supplied however if a rod or reel is damaged or lost the angler will be charged for the replacement at $100 per item and any lost lures will be charged at $15 per lure. If you are feeling unwell including headaches, coughing or flu like systems please do not attend. We do take the health of the community, our guests and staff very seriously. Sanitizer and hand wash is supplied onboard. Please note we may take photos for promotional material. If you do not wish to be involved please let our staff know when you arrive. Code of conduct As an angler on OBJ Adventures you agree that you will act in a safe and respectful manner at all times whilst on the charter. OBJ staff have the right to refuse or cancel a booking if a person is aggressive or deemed to be acting in a dangerous manner, making it unsafe for staff and guests. As an operator we adhere to the highest safety regulations with all equipment on board and will not operate in strong winds or weather warnings.
