Cancellations by Guests Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. Cancellations by Bendigo Guided Tours We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings). If this occurs, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Guest Behaviour & Safety For the enjoyment and safety of all, Bendigo Guided Tours reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove any guest from a tour if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided in these cases. Fitness & Accessibility This is a 2-hour walking tour covering approx. 2.5 km on paved city streets. Guests should ensure they are physically able to participate. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are strongly recommended. Changes to Itinerary The tour route and sites are subject to change without notice (e.g. due to events, closures, or other operational needs). Substitutions of equal quality will be provided where possible. Liability Guests participate at their own risk. Bendigo Guided Tours accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
