Our first stop is the iconic Willie Smith’s Apple Shed, where you will enjoy a tasting paddle of award-winning organic cider and a slice of their famous apple pie, a true taste of the region’s apple-growing heritage.

Winding along the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, you will visit The Honey Pot for sweet tastings, and then head to Grandvewe Cheese and Hartshorn Distillery, where innovation meets sustainability. Sample handcrafted sheep’s cheese, small-batch gin, and vodka distilled from leftover whey – a world-first process that reflects their passionate commitment to waste reduction and environmental responsibility.

Enjoy time to explore Cygnet, a charming town known for its quirky cafés, colourful art scene, and riverside tranquillity. Stroll by the Huon River, browse boutiques, or simply soak up the laid-back local vibe.

For lunch, we head to Pagan Cider, set among rolling hills and orchards. You will enjoy a locally prepared meal alongside a refreshing cider tasting, with views that are as delicious as the food.

As the day draws to a close, take in more of the region’s calm beauty on a scenic return to Hobart – your senses full, your soul refreshed.
