The booking deposit may be used for a future tour under certain conditions. – **14 to 29 days before departure**: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost. – **Within 14 days of departure**: No refund will be given. – If you cancel more than 14 days before the tour begins, you may choose to receive **full booking credit** for the total amount paid instead of a refund. This credit is valid for one year and can be applied to a future ‘sids.ventures’ tour. – **Tour Transfer**: You may transfer your booking to another ‘sids.ventures’ tour up to 30 days before the original trip begins. The transfer can be applied to the same trip at a later date or to a different trip. There is no transfer fee, but any difference in trip costs will need to be covered. – If you **fail to join a tour** or leave before its completion, no refund will be issued for unused services. – Failure to **pay the final balance** 30 days before departure may result in your seat being resold. Your booking is only confirmed upon full payment. – If ‘sids.ventures’ **cancels the tour**, you will be offered the choice of a full refund minus the booking deposit or full credit (including the deposit) for a future ‘sids.ventures’ tour. — General Terms: By booking a multi-day remote camping tour with ‘sids.ventures,’ you agree to the following terms and conditions: – ‘sids.ventures’ reserves the right to **cancel or reschedule tours** due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters) or if there are insufficient bookings to make the tour financially viable. The deposit will be refunded (minus the booking fee), and the ticket will be voided. – The tour operator reserves the right to **change the itinerary** and/or substitute activities, accommodations, or transportation as necessary for reasons including safety or weather. – The tour operator may **terminate a participant’s involvement** in the tour if they do not comply with the terms or engage in behavior that endangers others. – ‘sids.ventures’ is not responsible for any **additional expenses** incurred due to itinerary changes or unforeseen circumstances. – **UKTNP Reg.12.27** applies to all tours. – Participants must be in **good physical health** and capable of participating in activities like hiking and camping. ‘sids.ventures’ is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or medical conditions that occur during the tour. – Participants are responsible for **their own medical insurance** and medical expenses. – Participants must bring their own **sleeping bag and personal effects** unless otherwise specified. – Participants are responsible for their own **personal belongings**. ‘sids.ventures’ is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. – The tour takes place in **remote areas of Australia**, and participants must be prepared for the associated risks. ‘sids.ventures’ will provide basic first aid supplies and should be informed of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or allergies before the tour begins. – Participants must follow all **safety instructions** from the tour operator and avoid dangerous activities. – Participants must **respect local flora and fauna** and adhere to all state and federal laws as well as national and local park regulations. – Participants are responsible for their own **transportation** to and from the tour starting and ending points. – By participating in the tour, participants agree to allow ‘sids.ventures’ to use any **photos or videos** taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes. – If the **group does not provide adequate assistance**, the tour may not reflect the optimal ‘sids.ventures’ experience. – Tour prices and terms are **subject to change** at the discretion of ‘sids.ventures.’ – By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge that they have **read and understood these terms and conditions**.
