This two-hour tour is a journey into the heart of Yinggarda Country, offering a window into the stories, traditions, and knowledge of its people. At certain times of the year, the bush bursts into colour with delicate wildflowers, and in early spring, the Moogadgurrah (Burrowing Bees) emerge during their frenzied mating season—a spectacular and sacred natural event.
As you walk the heritage trail, your guide will share cultural stories, traditional knowledge, and the history of Carnarvon, bringing the landscape and its living culture to life. This is an immersive experience where the land, its people, and its seasons intertwine, creating a deep connection to Country that lingers long after the tour ends.
