What to Expect

Your morning begins with a convenient pick-up from your Brisbane City hotel. We head straight to Daisy Hill Conservation Park, a significant habitat protecting wild koalas and native birdlife. Here, you will explore interactive exhibits, meet the rehabilitated resident koalas, and learn about the incredible conservation work being done to secure their future.

After a relaxing morning tea in the bush, we return to the city, stopping at the breathtaking Kangaroo Point Cliffs lookout for panoramic views of the Brisbane River and skyline, followed by a scenic drive across the iconic Story Bridge.

• Child: 7 to 15 years old
• Please Note: As per Queensland regulations, children under 7 years old must be in an approved and fitted child restraint. Children under the age of 7 cannot participate on this tour as there is no provision for approved seating.
• Pick-up Details: An email will be sent the night prior advising your approximate pick-up time. Pick-ups commence from 8:00 am; please be ready from this time.
• Pricing: Ticket price excludes a 3% booking fee.

Terms & Conditions

Minimum Passengers: This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to run. Should only one guest book on any day, a full refund will be provided and cancellation advised via email.

Cancellation and Refunds: We understand your travel plans change; you can change the date or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the activity start. After that time, we have arranged an amazing experience for you and will be excited to have you on the tour.

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the Activity: full refund of the Booking Price.
• For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the Activity, or in case of no-show: NO refund.

A full refund will be provided to the same payment method if cancellation is notified within the free cancellation period.

In the event Koala Xperience Tours has to cancel the tour due to weather, unforeseen events or minimum numbers not met, a full refund will be provided.
