Minimum passengers; this tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to run. Should only one guest book on any day a full refund will be provided and cancellation advised via email

Cancellation and refunds; We understand your travel plans change, you can change the date or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the activity start. After that time we have arranged an amazing experience for you and will be excited to have you on the tour.  

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the Activity: full refund of the Booking Price.
• For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the Activity, or in case of no-show: NO refund.

A full refund will be provided to the same payment method if cancellation is notified within the free cancellation period.

In the event Koala Xperience Tours has to cancel the tour due to weather, unforeseen events or minimum numbers not met,  a full refund will be provided.
