Along the tasting route for this tour, you will visit some of Perth’s most authentic American style BBQ smokehouses, to sample delicious pit-smoked Barbeque meats such as smoked ribs and slow-cooked brisket, meeting a local Kansas-trained pitmaster along the way. Gain insights into traditional ‘low and slow’ pit-smoking techniques, where each bite reveals the complexity of flavours achieved through different woods and a secret blend of spices, creating signature house-made sauces and rubs that are simply irresistible.
This is a casual, hands-on dining experience—no white tablecloths here! Get ready to dive in with your hands, cover your ribs in sauce, and make new friends over a smokin’ feast including glorious mac n cheese, hearty smoked beans, and a generous side of southern hospitality.

Our tours are guaranteed to be a maximum of 11 people, so that you get a personal and memorable experience.

What to Bring
Our tours run rain, hail or shine! We provide SPF50+ sunscreen and some umbrellas for inclement weather.
For the responsible service of alcohol we do carry bottled water onboard, however to do our bit for the environment we do encourage you to bring your own water bottle to refill throughout the day.
All food and an alcoholic drink is included in the tour (non-alcoholic options also available). There are plenty of opportunities to purchase additional drinks, so if you wish to do so please bring cash or credit card.
Pick-Up Time
Your exact pick up time will be emailed to you, usually 2 days prior to your tour. Please be ready at your selected pick up location 10 minutes prior so we don’t lose valuable time from your tour.
If you have any problems getting to your pick-up location on the day of your tour, please phone +61 423 126 254 as soon as you can (remember you can usually get your hotel to do this for you).
We cannot wait more than 5 minutes after your designated pick up time for latecomers as we have a schedule to stick to.
Pick-Up Location
If you have selected the ‘I need help’ pick-up option, we will contact you prior to the tour to arrange a meeting point and instructions on how to get there (if needed).
You will be emailed instructions for the exact meeting point for your selected pick up location.
Please Note
A minimum of four (4) people is required for this tour to proceed as scheduled. Should the minimum number not be met, you will be notified as soon as possible to reschedule or refund your booking.
By law, seatbelts must be worn at all times and guests must remain seated whilst in the vehicle.
Alcohol is not to be consumed whilst in the vehicle.
