Day Two: Ancient Caves and World-Class Dining
Begin your day with breakfast by the beach, then witness the dramatic meeting of river and ocean at Surfers Point. Tour Pacing and Group Sizes
To ensure an intimate and personalised experience, this tour operates with a minimum of four and a maximum of ten guests. If minimum numbers are not met, the tour can proceed as a private departure (minimum two guests) with a private touring supplement of $1,000 per person.

Cancellation, Changes & No-Show Policy
Written notice is required for any cancellation or booking changes.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Low Season
- More than 28 days before departure: No cancellation fee
- 8–28 days before departure: 50% of the booking fee will be charged
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the booking fee will be charged
High Season
- More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation fee
- 29–45 days before departure: 50% of the booking fee will be charged
- Within 28 days of departure: 100% of the booking fee will be charged
No Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour departure will be charged the full booking amount.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes.
Luggage Guidelines
To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, we kindly ask each traveller to bring one small to medium suitcase only (maximum dimensions: 30cm deep x 45cm wide x 70cm high). Weight is not a major concern, but space is limited, and larger or multiple bags may not fit in our vehicle’s luggage compartment. If you’re travelling with additional luggage, most hotels in Perth can securely store excess bags during your tour. Please pack mindfully to help us keep the journey smooth for everyone onboard.
Operational Changes
While we aim to deliver the itinerary as advertised, circumstances outside our control may occasionally require adjustments. McLeod Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, substitute venues, accommodation, vehicles, or experiences where necessary due to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen operational requirements.
Touring vehicles may vary depending on operational requirements and group size.
