**Cancellation Policy** At **KT Tours**, we understand that travel plans can change. * Receive a **100% refund** when you cancel at least **24 hours before** your scheduled tour departure. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before** the tour departure are **non-refundable**. * Requests to change your tour date or booking within **24 hours** of departure will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the same cancellation policy. * No refunds will be provided for **no-shows**, late arrivals, or if you choose to leave the tour after it has commenced. — **Booking Verification** To protect our guests and prevent fraudulent transactions, **KT Tours** reserves the right to verify all bookings. * Our reservations team may contact you before your tour to confirm your booking details or request identification. * You may be asked to present the payment card used for the booking or a valid government-issued photo ID before boarding. * If we are unable to verify your booking, **KT Tours** reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a refund where applicable. — **Travel Insurance** Travel insurance is **not included** in the tour price. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances. — **Child Policy** KT Tours welcomes families and is committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. * Children aged **0–15 years** are eligible for child fares. * Every passenger, including infants and children, must have their **own reserved seat**. Guests without a confirmed booking may be refused boarding. * Children aged **17 years and under** must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged **18 years or older**. **Child Safety Seats** * Children aged **0–4 years** must travel in an approved child restraint or baby seat provided by **KT Tours**. Sitting on a parent’s or guardian’s lap is not permitted under Australian road safety regulations. * Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is correctly secured throughout the journey. * Booster seats are available for children aged **5–8 years** upon request at the time of booking. Once fitted to the vehicle, the booster seat must remain installed for the duration of the tour. **KT Tours** reserves the right to refuse travel if child safety requirements are not met.
