WAIVER By booking a service, you agree to the statement below: I release, indemnify and render harmless the service Provider (Saltwater Eco Tours) its servants and agents, from and against any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage or death caused by me or to my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. REFUNDS AND CREDITS Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure will forfeit the full cost of the trip. Failure to turn up for your trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refund. Cancellations within 7 days prior can receive a credit/voucher. No refunds within 7 days. Note – Expiry of credit/voucher is 3 years from date of issue. PRIVATE CHARTERS Private charters are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking. If you decide to cancel your private charter within 4 weeks of your booked charter date, we have the right to withhold 100% of your deposit. If you choose to reschedule your private charter, we will withhold the original deposit and a new deposit will be required for your new requested date. EVENT CANCELLATION MINIMUM PASSENGERS – We require a minimum number of 8 passengers to run our cruises. Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand and keep in mind that we may need to cancel the cruise and reschedule you to another day. Please keep an eye on your email or mobile. If we cancel your cruise, you are entitled to a full refund, a rescheduled date or remain in credit, Credit is non refundable. WEATHER – The safety and well-being of our passengers is at the forefront of our company, therefore if the weather forecast is heavy rain/winds we will communicate within 24 hours of each tour around our decision to postpone, in which case your ticket can be used on any future tours, or a voucher to the same value can be supplied valid for 3 years. If neither option is suitable, a refund can be provided.
