WAIVER By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You release, indemnify, and hold harmless Saltwater Eco Tours, its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the activity, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. REFUNDS AND CREDITS Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure may be eligible for credit/voucher at owner’s discretion. No refunds will be issues. Failure to attend (no-show) will also incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to departure may be eligible for a credit or voucher at owner’s discretion. No refunds apply within this period. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure are eligible for a refund, credit or voucher. We aim to provide approved refunds with 14 business days. All credits or vouchers issued are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. PRIVATE CHARTERS A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure a private charter. If a private charter is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled charter date, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to reschedule your private charter, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date. EVENT CANCELLATION Minimum Passenger Numbers A minimum of 8 passengers is required for a cruise to proceed. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise. In such cases, you will be notified via email or SMS and offered the option to reschedule to an alternative date or receive a full refund. Weather Conditions The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain or strong winds), we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the cruise. We will notify you as soon as possible and, where practicable, within 24 hours prior to departure. If your cruise is postponed or cancelled due to weather, you will be offered: the option to reschedule to a future date; or a credit/voucher to the same value, valid for 3 years. If neither option is suitable, a refund may be provided at the owner’s discretion.
