Just DON’T use the public toilets (located under the cafe) which are totally filthy, smell terrible, disgusting and an absolute disgrace for the site. I have NEVER EVER seen such a repulsive place anywhere in Australia ! This is simply outrageous !!! 🤮🤮

They have our email as well as our contact number so at least they should have tried to contact us immediately since we were just around the corner.
We tried to contact them to the telephone listed on the booking invoice. But there was no response saying line is disconnected. Their telephone listed on the booking was dead.
I had to return back to our Hotel to look for another contact number, eventually found one but the lady on the phone was rude snd unprofessional sympathetic and said she couldn’t help us. No mention about refund
Not a happy customer. Lost a lot of money and then we had to find another activity to fill the day.

We are well accustomed to finding our way in unfamiliar surroundings, but the couple who was with us was not, and was hysterical during the trek back to the other side of the river. They barely spoke English and the walk back was strenuous for them.
Judging by the other negative reviews of the transport, this is just how JPT intends to operate.
Nevertheless the zoo itself was worthwhile; the staff there was pleasant and helpful. My favorite part was the birds who would try to steal our lunches. They were delightful!

We also had the chance to stop and look at the stars and she had her iPad to show us the various images you could see in the sky.
Overall what a lovely trip, Millie made it even more fun and interesting and had patience with the kids asking her many questions throughout the walk.
