From 16 square metres in the back of a shed to a hilltop vista in McLaren Vale, Never Never is the story of three mates who set out to push the boundaries of the global gin industry through flavour innovation and a bold fearless attitude. It’s this commitment to flavour that has made Never Never Australia’s most recommended and celebrated gin by bartenders, winning countless awards for quality and consistency.
Traditionally untraditional, Never Never deliver both on classic and contemporary flavour, through innovative production technique and inspired ingredient selection. All of our spirits are crafted with purpose – to make the best gin and tonics and classic cocktails possible.
What to Expect
Our Premium Gin Masterclass offers you a fully-hosted opportunity to spend time with one of our gin experts. Starting with a welcome gin & tonic while you take a brief tour of our expansive lawns and learn about our brand history, you’ll then go behind the scenes of our production facility for a seated session to learn about how we create our award-winning products.
This is followed by an intimate and detailed tasting of Never Never’s core range of products (including some of our seasonal and limited releases) and finishing with an indulgent cocktail of your choice made by our skilled bar team – plus every guest takes home a goody bag packed with Never Never treats!
Sessions start at our Distillery Door in McLaren Vale at 11am sharp. We look forward to welcoming you to our venue very soon!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking Conditions & Venue Policies
- Bookings are for the ‘Premium Gin Masterclass’ experience and are $145pp. Please note this is an 18+ experience.
- Full payment at the time of booking is required to confirm all reservations.
- Bookings are fully refundable when bookings are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
- Buses and mini-buses are by prior arrangement with management only and must be attached to a booking.
- We don’t welcome licenced vehicles to the venue at all – save your drinking for when you’re with us, not when you’re on your way.
- There are plenty of delicious treats of both savoury and sweet varieties that you can purchase while you are onsite here from our friends at Cucina di Strada. They make delicious Italian street food and are famous for their pinsas! Check out their website for a sample menu.
- Please don’t bring any other food or drinks to our venue.
- We love a good doggo, and if you are seated on our terrace or lawn area you are welcome to bring your doggo to meet us – just make sure they are on a leash at all times.
- As our outside area is a shared space with other doggos, people, food and sometimes children, we ask that your pup plays and behaves respectfully. If your dog becomes disruptive or can’t be controlled, we reserve the right to ask you to relocate or leave the area.
- We’re pretty responsible people and we promote responsible drinking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone that has had a few too many before they get here, and the right to refuse service to anyone that has a few too many while they are here as well.
- No BYO furniture. If you have a booking with us, you’ve got a chair and a table already – but you’re welcome to bring a rug if you would like to enjoy our lawn while you are here.
- Unfortunately as our lawn directly runs onto our driveway and the Chalk Hill vineyards, for safety and agricultural reasons we don’t allow ball sports of any kind on our lawn area. Snakes live in the vegetation around the edge of our lawn so please ensure you keep an eye on any children that you may bring with you to the venue.
- Please note that a 15% surcharge applies to all flights and drinks ordered on Public Holidays. The surcharge does not apply to retail or takeaway bottle sales.
- A surcharge may apply to all payments made with cards at our venue. We gladly accept cash as a form of payment.
- All spaces at our venue, including our lawn, are smoke and vape free areas. A designated smoking and vaping area is available at our front entrance.
We don’t want to disappoint you and your friends when you turn up, so please make sure that you’re happy with these booking conditions before you make your reservation. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that doesn’t meet these venue booking conditions.
