RETURN SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES

Return Shuttle Bus Services will operate to meet the 16:00
Ferry Departure from Tangalooma (arriving at Holt St at Approximately 17:15);
and the Late Boat Ferry Service that departs the Resort after the completion of
Sunset Dolphin Feeding. Bookings are essential to confirm the operation of this
shuttle service.

Luggage: Guests travelling on a bus transfer to
take part in a day trip or one-way transfer fare are only permitted one (1)
carry on bag not exceeding the following dimensions: 56cm (height) x 36cm
(width) x 23cm (depth). Guests who have chosen a return service that to stay
overnight at Tangalooma Island Resort will be afforded a luggage allowance of
one (1) carry on bag as per above, plus one Suitcase/Overnight bag per person
to a maximum of 20Kg.

Tangalooma Holt Wharf Shuttle Bus Service Terms and Conditions | Provided by Specialised Transport Australia (STA) 1. Eligibility: – This shuttle bus service is exclusively for guests who have pre-purchased a day trip or overnight accommodation package at Tangalooma Island Resort, including ferry services. STA is not responsible for guests that travel on its buses that have not pre-booked an onward journey to Tangalooma Island Resort. 2. Service Description: – The service provides transportation to/from Tangalooma’s Brisbane Ferry departure wharf at Holt St, Pinkenba. – Prices quoted cover shuttle bus transportation only. – Pickup times and locations are selected and confirmed during booking. – Services are scheduled to ensure timely arrival for the 10:00 AM ferry service. – Return services meet the 16:00 or late boat ferry departure from Resort, with the late boat time varying seasonally (returning after dolphin feeding). The boat travel time is approximately 75 minutes from the Resort to holt St, and Buses will meet the incoming boats. Booking confirmation is essentials 3. Pickup times and locations – Scheduled pickup locations are clarified at https://www.tangalooma.com/resort-info/getting-here/bus-coach-transfers 4. Cancellations and Refunds: – Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. – Amendments or cancellations must be made directly with STA via phone 1300 782 118 (24 hours) well in advance of travel. 5. Luggage: – Day trip/one-way transfer guests are limited to one carry-on bag (56cm x 36cm x 23cm). – Overnight guests are allowed one carry-on bag plus one suitcase/overnight bag per person (max 20kg). – Excess luggage must be pre-booked and confirmed with STA (subject to availability and fees). 6. Guest Responsibilities: – Guests must be ready at the designated pickup spot no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. – Please allow for potential traffic delays of up to 10-20 minutes. 7. STA’s Rights: – STA reserves the right to substitute coaches and operators if necessary. – Changing road conditions may necessitate alternate pickup points. – STA reserves the right to charge a booking fee to cover electronic processing fees and bank fees associated with the booking.
