We require only a deposit when booking. This is because our tours need minimum numbers to operate. We send a confirmation closer to the date letting you know if we have accumulated the required numbers for this tour. If so we require full payment 8 days prior to Travel, if not we give you the option of other tours or a refund of your deposit.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
We require full payment for our tours 8 days prior to the tour date.
This tour requires 5 pax to go ahead. At the time of booking we take a deposit, if this tour does not end up going ahead we will refund deposit or offer another tour for that day.
The following fees and charges apply to cancellations:
• If the booking is cancelled 7 – 3 days prior to the tour date: 50% of total cost is refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the tour date: Nonrefundable.
