TERMS & CONDITIONS Fair-Weather Event This is a fair-weather experience. The photography workshop is conducted outdoors and requires dry conditions. In the event of wet weather, the workshop will be rescheduled to an alternative date. Clear skies cannot be guaranteed, and the program may be adjusted to suit the prevailing conditions. Safety & Severe Weather For safety reasons, we may modify, pause, or adjust outdoor components of the workshop in the event of unsafe conditions (including but not limited to electrical storms or extreme winds). If the event must be cancelled entirely due to unsafe conditions, ticket holders will be offered either: • A transfer to a new date, or • A refund of the ticket price (excluding any third-party booking fees, where applicable). Event Changes & Rescheduling We reserve the right to reschedule the event due to circumstances outside our control, including (but not limited to) safety considerations, supplier availability, equipment issues, or unforeseen operational requirements. Subject to availability at Summergrove Estate, the workshop may be rescheduled to one of our alternate venues if required. If the event is rescheduled by us, ticket holders will have the option to: • Transfer their ticket to the new date, or • Receive a refund of the ticket price (excluding any third-party booking fees, where applicable). Refunds & Guest Cancellations Tickets are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled on or before Sunday 22nd March 2026. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable. Failure to attend, late arrival, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund. Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s full name. Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss key components of the workshop, and extensions cannot be guaranteed. Conditions of Entry This experience takes place in an outdoor environment. Guests are required to wear closed-toe footwear. Ground surfaces may be uneven or damp. Children This is an adults-only event. Photography & Marketing Photography and short video footage will be captured during the workshop for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please advise staff upon arrival. Liability Attendance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
