Everything was really smooth! I can get a transfer the moment I landed at Byron bay just at at the counter from the airport. The booking for the return trip was super easy as well, I just gave them a call and ask for a booking in time for my flight. They knew the flights that are departing and arriving at Byron Bay and recommended me the best time for the shuttle. It was great! Highly recommend!

Booking my transfer from Byron Bay to Ballina Airport with Byron Bay Coastal Transfers was super easy and reliable. When I needed to get in touch about payment, they replied almost immediately. I also realised I’d booked an earlier shuttle than needed, and they were more than happy to move me to a later one, which ended up being perfect timing for the airport.

We had to organise our trip quite late and were flying on possibly one of their busier nights (Christmas eve). They were so accomodating and made our entire trip so easy. Communication was perfect and pickup almost instant. Driver was lovely and vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Door to door service and baby seat provided. Will 100% use them again.

Both drivers were professional and were happy to hold a good conversation during the 30+ minute drive each way. I would highly recommend their company to anyone travelling to and from the area. At first, we thought it was a bit pricey, but then we realised the shuttle doesn't need to be full to run and they operate regardless. We had heavy rain on our way back to the airport, and our driver was so thoughtful, even bringing us an umbrella. Thank you for the great experience!

Reliable shuttle service to Ballina Byron airport. The staff responded to my text request within minutes & confirmed they would be available for a pickup the next day. The driver arrived a few minutes early, & helped load our luggage. He was an excellent driver as he picked up others on the way to the airport. Excellent service at a reasonable fare.

I had the nicest ride home with Byron Bay Coastal Transfers. My driver, Tim, offered to take me the scenic route because I was the only passenger that day. We had the nicest chats about life and he told me all about the area. It felt like a coffee catch up with an old friend. Great customer service!!! First trip was booked at counter at airport, second booked by phone. Call was missed at first but returned within 30 minutes. Traveled with an almost 3 year old so child seat was used which wouldn’t have been available in Uber or taxi. Transfer back to airport was punctual got us there in plenty of time.

We had a last minute change of plans so rang a few shuttles but Bb coastal transfers came to the rescue. Not only did we get a shuttle at the last minute but we had a lovely driver clean bus and bus to ourselves. I would definitely use these guys again when I come back.

When booking, I wasn't sure of times/flights and they contacted me to let me know that there was a better option for the flight I was taking, I love that level of customer service. I received a text the day before showing me the meeting place (love that), had a wonderful experience going to my hotel, felt safe as a woman solo traveller. I ended up getting a lift back to the airport so let them know to take me off the list, and they gave me a refund (not asked for or expected!), the level of customer service, on email and in person will not be forgotten!

100% recommended! I booked with Byron Bay Coastal Transfers and they were super friendly to deal with and prompt on the day. They could accommodate for baby seats and were very helpful with loading the bags and making sure we were happy. I will use them every time I require transport in Byron.

The driver was quite rude and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t waiting outside for him even though I got a message from the owner saying he would be late. He showed up slightly earlier than what the owner said and when I tried to make a light hearted comment about how he was on time he looked at his watch and said it was 5 minutes later than it was.
