Convenient Pickups and Flexible Scheduling
- Flexible Durations: Enjoy a minimum of 5 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends, with the option to extend your day as needed.
- Seamless Door-to-Door Service: Complimentary pickups available from Busselton to Margaret River, including Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Gracetown, and Yallingup. (Augusta and Hamelin Bay pickups are available with a negotiated extra travel fee of approximately $125). ✨
- Multi-Day Adventures: Planning a longer stay? Consecutive day rates can be negotiated at a cheaper rate depending on your requirements.

Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms are in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions on our website. These are just a brief overview. By agreeing to book a tour or transfer with Bus About-Margaret River Region you are also agreeing to our term and conditions.
- Deposit paid in time frame or can lose that booking.
- Balance usually due before tour, transfer card or by arrangement.
- Example cash on the day.
- If Covid upsets plans, “lockdown” and no tours possible then full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations: 28 days’ notice or deposit cannot be refunded. If we able to secure another tour for that bus, then funds can be returned.
- Overtime of itinerary: Itinerary overrun is OK if driver is informed and agrees. (That bus could be booked for another charter). Extra fees will be invoiced in 15minute time frames for overtime. Example if the bus is hired for $100 per hour, then overtime charges are calculated at $25 per 15 minutes. Those fees will be invoiced and payable within 24hours.
- Vomiting on the bus without asking for spew bag which are on all buses incur $100 cleaning fee.
