Our trip was difficult to plan due to time differences, but Muz was very good with keeping in contact with us. Once we arrived in Sydney, our tour guide, Joseph, was amazing. Overall I would happily work with them again.

Blue Mountains Experience Our tour guide made our experience from the time he picked us up at our hotel. Very knowledgeable about the history of the Blue Mountains and the national park. Timing throughout our experience was perfect. We weren’t pressured to “move along”, rather we were able to stop, look, ask questions and enjoy!

Blue Mountains This was a wonderful tour and one we'd definitely recommend. Our guide, Joseph, was excellent. He gave us alot of information not only about Sydney but about each area we visited. Initially the weather wasn't very good but Joseph said to be patient and by the afternoon it should be clear and he was right.

We also had a great trip to the 12 Apostles. Per our request of making the trip shorter time, Ange helped us to arrange a quicker and smoother route. We were able to have enough time to see the wonderful 12 Apostles coastline, as well along the way, we were able to enjoy beautiful southern Australia landscape and took pictures of cows and sheep in the beautiful green hills. A Job Well Done on OurTour Experience! Our PRIVATE day tour to the Blue Mountains from Sydney was well done. The scenery was beautiful and Joseph J. did an excellent job as our tour guide. Best day Ever!! Our private tour to Blue Mountain was the best tour I have ever taken! Our driver, Yousef was so knowledgeable and kind and well prepared! We had a great time with Joseph in this private tour. He is very knowledgeable about everything, from plans to animals to the culture of Sydney. The day we went to Blue Mountain was cloudy and even rain. When the valley was foggy, he didn’t just say “you can’t see anything in this fog, let’s go”. Instead, he asked us to wait. So we were able to see some part of the valley when the fog got thinner.

I also had good experience with Muz of Aus Guides for booking with the trip. I started feeling tired before the originally scheduled date, he kindly rescheduled the trip for the next day.

Ausguides Blue mountains We were met by our guide for the day Yusef and he was fantastic. The drive to the Blue Mountains is scenic and Yusef provided just the right amount of information, not to little and not too much. Don’t miss the Yellow Deli in Katommba for lunch! A lovely day out and worth it.

We had a great day visiting the Blue Mountains with our guide Joseph / Youssef. We left Sydney with blue skies only to run into rain and cloud as we headed into the mountains.
Our drive was very comfortable in a large 6-seater for just the 2 of us. A comfort stop and coffee in Leura were well scheduled on-route and we skipped the first stopping point to view the 3 sisters as they clearly covered with cloud.
Our visit to Scenic World was well managed with the tickets being quickly available and Youssef providing an effective guide to get through the park. This was followed by lunch at a recommended location in Katoomba before returning to the viewpoint to see the 3-sisters. These remained blanketed in cloud but Youssef emphasised the need for patience until the cloud eventually lifted and these spectacular rock formations came into view. It was definitely worth the wait.
A comfortable drive home and overall a great day that is highly recommended. Thanks.

We booked the Ausguides Blue Mountain Tour for our family. It was our first visit to the mountain. We were super grateful that we had Joseph as our guide/drive. He was very patient and very knowledgeable through out the whole tour. He drove us from location to location and kindly provided all the historical background of the site we visited. When we visited Featherdale Sydney Wild Park, Joseph kindly walked us through the park and visit each Aussie animals. I was surprised by his knowledge of the animals and he explains most of them in details. Next he took us to the Scenics World in blue mountain. He made sure we knew all the rides and were familiar with the facility before he left us. And later he took us to different outlook point in blue mountain and saw some amazing views. Overall my family had really wonderful time. We definitely would book again with Ausguides.

We had a wonderful day at the Blue Mountains/Featherdale Zoo and were very happy with Joseph as our driver/guide. Joseph has a great personality and was very informative about the animals at Featherdale and the area of the Blue Mountains. He was also very responsive to our wishes during the trip. Must visit: the Featherdale Wildlife Refuge and the Blue Mountains while in Sydney. Our tour to the Featherdale Wildlife Reserve and the Blue Mountains was amazing. Luke James was a very knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide. The Refuge was impressive and very hands on. We were able to feed kangaroos and see Koalas up close. The day started very foggy but after he took us for a lunch break in Katoomba, the fog had lifted and we were able to enjoy the views from Scenic World. He recommended the Yellow Deli for lunch. What a treat to be able to have an amazing lunch in such a quaint local restaurant! Very unique place. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney. It is definitely worth it to spend a day in the Blue Mountains and visit the Featherdale Wildlife Refuge.

I just wanted to share my experience from the trip to the Blue Mountains with Joseph, which was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Joseph is not only kind and polite, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the region. When we first arrived in the Blue Mountains, the weather wasn't in our favor; it was cloudy and rainy, and the thick clouds obscured any view we hoped to see.

However, Joseph remained positive and adaptable. He swiftly adjusted our itinerary and kept our spirits high. Thanks to his determination, the clouds eventually cleared, revealing the stunning views from the various lookouts. Each viewpoint was more breathtaking than the last, and we were grateful to have had the chance to experience them.

Additionally, Joseph provided us with some excellent tips for dining options in Sydney, which we truly appreciated.

Tailor-Made Experience! Our experience using Ausguides was amazing! They assisted with tailoring the perfect itinerary for our family of Mom, who wanted to photograph all the most incredible views of the mountains, 14 year old daughter who wanted to interact with a koala and Dad who was just along for the fun (and private car ride)! We went to Sydney for our honeymoon and needed all personal and private experience for the Blue Mountains snd Zoo to encounter with Koala and we had our best experience with the guide Muz and the way they customised our plan. We encountered with a koala and kangaroos then scenic world. We needed itinerary for other days as well and they planned the next two days for us and suggested places in Wollongong and the city without any charge as our honeymoon gift. SIMPLY LOVED IT.

I have booked for a private tour for 2 persons to blue mountains mainly. I’ve requested some changes & flexibility in the timing & the team cooperated to provide the best. Yousaf driver was very helpful & well-knows the area. The car was comfort & clean, prepared with water & snacks (7-seaters car, they have mentioned usually small car for small group, however, I wouldn’t accept). We have enjoyed the trip as they have managed to provide the required comfort.
