Awesome way to see the scale of Kakadu NP Seeing the landscape from above is the only way to get a true sense of the scale of Kakadu NP and the surrounding country. We visited in the dry season, so the waterfalls in the southern part of the park were not pumping. We did the 30 minute fixed-wing tour, and it was great. We got to see the eucalyptus forests, the stone country, and the wetlands as well as the East Alligator River. Highly recommended!

This tour is Excellent This was an amazing experience everything about this trip was sensational I would recommend this tour to any person that wants to see Kakadu from the air. Our pilot Innes was extremely knowledgeable providing commentary as we flew. Lunch was excellent as was the included cruise. Well done to Kakadu air, this tour is right up there.

A spectacular helicopter ride not to miss at Kakadu We had a fantastic helicopter 60 minute ride with our pilot Lachy. It was spectacular and the information provided by our pilot Lachy was exceptional!!!

Unreal way to experience Kakadu A must do! This was my first ever scenic flight and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful way to see the country of Kakadu from above. Wildlife sighting on the yellow river cruise was outstanding. Huge shout out to our pilot, driver, tour guide and fun fact extraordinaire, Innes. He had such a warm, kind presence and made the experience so fun and engaging. Thanks a million - I had the absolute best day!

Brilliant way to see Kakadu. Group was spilt into 3 planes.
Only 3 of us in our plane, but we had wings which partially blocked the view.
But Innis did slow turns so we all were able to see everything.
Fantastic day and I feel that I saw so much more than doing a road trip.
90 minute scenic flight which seemed to cover a large amount of territory.
Land at Cooindah.
Use a bus for transport to cultural centre and Yellow Water tour. All only a few minutes drive Cultural centre was very interesting.
You pick your lunch from menu on arrival at Cooindah, so it is ready when you get back from Yellow Water cruise.
90 minute Yellow Water cruise was really a bird and crocodile tour. I enjoyed it.
Saw loads of crocodiles, wild horses, no water buffalo, but the birds were prolific and interesting. Brolgas, Jabirus, Kingfishers and so many more.
My lunch choice was local barramundi, chips and salad, plus a drink of choice.
Then a 45 minute flight back to Darwin.
Great pilot in Innis who was informative and took very good care of us.
Had to make own way to and from Kakadu Air office.

Sunset flight over Kakadu and Arnhem Land. My friend and I did this tour last week and really enjoyed it. We were on the sunset flight and it was worth every cent. Our pilot / guide was Will who was fantastic. He gave lots of detail and pointed out everything you would want to see while being entertaining and a good pilot. I highly recommend this experience.

60 min Helicopter tour - AMAZING James was unreal! Very knowledgeable of all the history and facts about the area and wildlife whilst on our hour helicopter tour!

Jim Jim falls was so impressive and double falls was definitely worth it! Seeing a crock swimming through the river was a highlight as well as lots of buffalo!

1hr scenic flight over Kakadu - incredible views. Flight over Kakadu was amazing. Jim Jim falls and twin falls in full view at end of wet season. Ines was a great pilot and tour guide and even let our 9yr ride as co-pilot and briefly fly the plane! I was expecting it to be bumpy but it was pretty smooth flying. Beautiful views and great experience. Highly recommend!

Definitely Worth the Price! This was an amazing experience! I did the 60-minute scenic flight. Our pilot, Innes, did an excellent job, and he kept us informed about everything we were seeing. I went at the height of the wet season, so Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls were both fully flowing. The rock formations were spectacular, too. It was incredible, and definitely worth the price!

Flight over Kakadu I found this tour interesting. I think I expected more from it. I found it hard to see out of the windows which was a shame for photos. I wouldn't go again when the weather is hot and humidity is high. I overheated as there is no air-conditioning in the small plane. The pilot was terrific and very informative. Very friendly staff.

Great way to see Kakadu Our pilot/ guide, Matthew was great. Flew over spectacular waterfalls and gave us a great narrative of the area. The yellow water boat ride was interesting and even got to see several crocodiles. Lunch was good and enjoyed the aboriginal cultural center.

Wonderful flight We had an amazing flight over the Kakadu for about 40minutes. Since it’s the end of the dry season, we saw a lot of mountains and woods - and we wish we could have the same trip during the wet season, to see the difference

A Jabiru's View of Kakadu! We booked the 60 minute sunset scenic flight with Kakadu Air which leaves at 5:30pm and were delighted to find we were the only ones booked on this flight this particular day.

Liam took us up in his single engine propeller Cessna for an amazing bird's eye view of Kakadu National Park and Jabiru. He was incredibly informative and was a great guide.

There was so much to see with so many varying landscapes. It made us realise just how vast this picturesque national park really is. We got some amazing photos from both sides of the plane and many lovely videos.

Memorable, once in a lifetime Amazing experience at sunset!! Memorable views and great commentary from friendly pilot. Worth the money for sure!!!!

Helicopter Flight over Kakadu We did the 45 min helicopter flight with Captain Jake in the R44 Robinson. Absolutely fabulous. Perfect for the three of us. The lack of doors made you really
feel close to the rock country. Captain Jake provided an informative interactive commentary throughout the flight. Amazing scenery, especially with a distant thunderstorm providing a stimulating backdrop. The ability of the helicopter to go slow and low allowed top Photography and sightseeing. And being aloft as the sun was starting to set made for spectacular viewing.
Highly recommended.

Air tour by Kakadu Air and Yellow River croc tour. Liam from kakadu air was our pilot, tour guide and even arranged our lunches. His experience and knowledge of the region was top shelf. Koda at the yellow waters croc cruise is an outstanding young man and tour guide. Humour mixed with knowledge of crocs, his region and his indigenous heritage was very enjoyable. Both young men are no doubt highly valued by their respective employers. This was by far the highlight of our trip to the NT.

Loved it.... Excellent trip and 100% recommend. You get both an aerial view and an on the ground view of Kakadu coupled with an informative tour whilst in the air. The Yellow Water Cruise was excellent (you get up close and personal with the crocs). Lunch was also delicious with plenty of choices.

Our pilot and guide, Liam, was absolutely fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole journey so enjoyable. The flight gave us breathtaking views over Kakadu that you simply can’t appreciate from the ground, and the Yellow Water Cruise was the perfect way to see the incredible wildlife and landscapes up close.

Brilliant day tour by plane of Kakadu We did a day trip on a small plane with Kakadu Air piloted by Cian to Jabiru in Kakadu: we flew out @ 7 am on a scenic tour flying over several rivers, a fire, a mine, several aboriginal communities and the famous loops of the Adelaide River all seen from the air. This was followed by a land tour with a local Jabiru guide, Rodney who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Included was a cruise on the East Alligator River with a local Aboriginal guide, Gleeson who shared his detailed knowledge of First Nations people's use of plants and their diet. It was a really brilliant day. I would recommend it to anyone.

The ONLY way to see Kakadu! Nick was so calm and knowledgeable his experience made the whole trip relaxing and enjoyable - this is the ONLY was to see Kakadu - we were blown away 100% recommend

Brilliant! Just brilliant! Tayler took us for a 45minute flight over Kakadu. Having spent 5 days prior exploring Kakadu we waited until our last day to do the helicopter flight so that we would have an understanding of what we were seeing. It exceeded our expectations and Tayler's commentary was great as was the hovering over some of the areas we had a special interest in. This country is vast and seeing it from the air was brilliant.

A Total Must!! Amazing brilliant. Saw a crocodile, horses and buffalo. Guide was so informative about the area and it was just incredible!!!! I am a scaredy cat when over 2m off the ground and I felt completely safe with the doors off. Just worth every cent!

The only way to see this part of Australia Matt our pilot was great and the trip out took in all the sights and was full of information. So much that would have been missed on the ground. The Yellow Water cruise again was fantastic and the guides were both informative and entertaining. The park we saw was beautiful and so peaceful.Lunch was a big bonus. Delicious and a big choice as well. Highly recommended.

Superb sunset flight This is one of the best ways to appreciate the different landscapes within the park. Our pilot (Cian?) gave us a smooth ride over the stone lands, flood plains and Cahills Crossing, with informative commentary. Seeing sunset from this vantage point was a memorable experience. Highly recommend.
