You will be offered a full credit voucher or refund for cancellations made up to 72hrs before the tour start date and time. If cancelled within 72hrs -24hrs a full credit of the amount paid can be credited for you to join the tour at a later date or a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24hrs will be offered a full credit note to join another time. If you fail to attend on the night, no credits can be offered post tour start time. Refunds don’t include booking or credit card fee’s; you will be refunded the price of the ticket(s) only We can not guarantee that social distancing can be made throughout the whole experience. If you are happy to continue with the booking you understand that you are consenting to participate without social distancing, the entire group will be considered a single group for activities that are part of the tour.
