PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE JETTY AT LEAST 20 MINS PRIOR TO SET DEPARTURE TIME FOR GEAR SET UP. The Skipper/ Boat reserves the right to leave without you, should you not be there for set departure time sharp. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please bring your dive certification, as you will be required to show it to the crew. Failure to present it may mean you cannot participate in the diving activities. Please advise our crew if you have any allergies, or food intolerances. You must be deemed physically fit to dive, If you require a diver medical form please ensure you see your DR before attending, and present the medical when booking. Should you need a diver medical form, please contact us info@scubaobsession.com.au. This charter is for recreational divers who agree to dive within their limits. If you have depth restrictions, please adhere to them, and advise when booking if under 18m. If you have not dived within the last 12 months, please advise as you may require a refresher or your own private dive guide. Strictly no deco diving. Solo diving permitted with prior approval from the company. For your safety, the captain can cancel or change a destination if the weather or forecast will compromise the safety of the passengers or boat. Cray fishing is not permitted on board, as we are not licensed to do so. You are liable for any damage caused by yourself and your equipment to the boat, any other passengers or their equipment or belongings. Take care of all hire gear, SMB and cylinders issued. If hiring gear , any lost or damaged equipment will have replacement or repair costs payable by the hiring party. Certified divers are responsible for their own safety, and must follow the Standard Safe Diving Practices and any other applicable boat, jetty or crew instructions. When booking directly online with Oceans Two Pty Ltd or giving permission to the management or team to book on your behalf, you agree to all terms and conditions above. CANCELLATION Cancellation by the company or at the skippers discretion due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, will result in a boat credit being issued. In the event that the trip has commenced and is unable to be completed, a credit per dive will be issued. No refund will be given for change of mind purchases. Should you fall ill, and can provide a medical certificate, a boat credit will be issued. Cash refunds will only be given at the owners discretion. RESCHEDULING: The company reserves the right to reschedule a course or a boat charter if the participation numbers do not exceed minimum numbers required. 3 for a course, and 8 PAX for Boat charter. Boat, or gear hire credits will be given for rescheduling of boat trips due to weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances. Age restrictions: (Ages 10-14)- Any boat booking for a JUNIOR diver must be approved by the company due to depth limitations. All depth limitations are the responsibility of the diver, and/ or the certified adult diver responsible for the junior. It is suggested that junior divers use the hire dive guide service available. Hiring our equipment is subject to the following terms & conditions: 1. You must be a certified diver to hire a tank and be able to produce the certification for viewing. 2. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure the hire. Identification will be required to book and be shown at collection. ( Driver’s licence, passport, proof of age card) 3. Refunds or credits are not provided if equipment is not used unless at discretion of management. 4. Any equipment that is damaged during the rental term is calculated on an individual basis and payable by the customer. 5. Costs are based on hiring the equipment per 24 hours (unless other arrangements have been made) 6.Equipment that is not returned by the due date will incur extra charges. 7. All losses and nil returns must be paid for. 8. Oceans Two Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any incidents while you are using the equipment hired. It is the hirer’s responsibility to check the equipment for any damages and report to the company or its staff prior to use, or they may be held liable. 9. Continued Mis- use or poor treatment by any hirer will have them banned from any future hires. All care must be taken during hiring and use of the equipment.
