Day skipper course Well organized .
Great group of people
Comfortable boat and fantastic destinations, as did Sydney harbour and Pittwater in the Hawksburry river .
Food good, although few More veges would be good.

Skipper / instructor Glenn was very personable, fun and knowledgable .

Rude on the phone We booked a course with eastsail which was unfortunately cancelled which couldn’t be avoided however the lady on the phone was rude and unpleasant which completely put me off rebooking with them for a different date.

Two Day Introduction Course The Instructor was lacking in teaching skills. Very little was taught, we were put with three other people who had done three days of their five day course, not ideal and we're not made very welcome. We were not taught how to do any knots but at the end of the first day was given a single sheet of paper and told to learn three of the basic knots and to look up how to do them on utube, not ideal. Perhaps one of the most disappointing things I have done with my son, we did not return for the second day as the instructor made no mention of what we were going to be doing the following day. To endure another day not learning anything but just pottering around the harbour seemed pointless.

I recently hired an 8 person self drive boat for my girlfriends birthday as a surprise. The team at Eastsail went above and beyond to help me make this a very special and memorable experience. Lisa especially was fantastic throughout and I couldn’t recommend this company more highly! I would 100% book an experience like this through Eastsail again.

Strong winds for a fun five days on the water! Great course with Eastsail learning skills of Day Skipper and Competent Crew. Glen was a very knowledgeable skipper and taught us a lot, and was calm and confident despite the weather at times being fairly severe! Would recommend Glen and the Eastsail crew for all your RYA course needs!

RYA 5 day course Had an absolutely amazing trip learning the ins and outs of sailing from a very knowledgeable instructor in David. Food was ample yacht was awesome and the operations manager Lisa was always happy to accommodate our every needs. Can not wait to do my day skipper as for what you get is very affordable.

Awesome competent crew We had an amazing time with East Sail completing our competent crew course. Joining the course with no sailing experience we were met with Glen our instructor who was absolutely amazing. He was so clear and concise and when we didn’t know something he calmly explained it to us so we understood. We could not have hoped for a better instructor. We would highly recommend this course for anyone who is in search of learning a new skill and having an adventure!!!
To top off an incredible adventure we watched vivid under the night sky from our boat.

Hired out the Smartliner 17 over the weekend, it was a splendid 4 hours touring the harbor and parking for lunch on our boat on a beautiful beach service was professional , boat came with backup fuel and our bond was released back into our account with-in 2 days! great people, thank you!
